Living with a perpetual prankster of a best friend for 55 years has made Charon one of the most difficult people in Sinnoh to trick on April Fool’s Day. He’s seen it all, fallen for it all, and knows how to avoid most of it.

Rotom, on the other hand, gets deliberately obnoxious about the whole thing because Charon once tried telling them that pranks were only allowed on April 1st. That, of course, is a stupid thing to tell a Rotom, and they’ve made sure to never let Charon live it down.
