The shade is not one singular living entity to be used like most other servants. It is a manifestation of its conjurer, melded from shadow, magic and spirit, and granted purpose. Though its manner of crying out said purpose is more aligned with the mindset of its caster.

Its usefulness is expansive, ranging from performing a single strike to spreading kingdom-wide chaos and discord.

There is also no limit to the amount of phantoms I can conjure, though their resilience tends to diminish when their numbers grow too far.

That depends entirely upon my environment. It is common within the desert to keep one's hair up, thereby allowing wind to strike the nape. I tend to keep this style when appearing in social gatherings of the other races.

However, in the quieter moments, when a more casual tone is recommended, I see no reason not to let my hair down.

My lord, I’m continuing my weight training and muscle studies, and it’s made me curious about your daily exercise. You have said you wouldn’t share your workout routine before, so I won’t ask for those specifics (though I am wildly curious.) Obviously your form is impeccable from head to toe, but I wondered if you have a favorite muscle group to train? Perhaps any specific exercises that give you the best workout high?

For instance, nothing compares to the burning rush of endorphins from exercises like leg extensions or Bulgarian split squats for me. If not your full workout routine, would you mind sharing that small glimpse into it?

It is well that you are improving your physical self through training. One can always become more than they currently are, after all.

Know that were I to reveal one portion of my routine, it would undoubtedly reveal the rest. As you yourself have said, I keep my passions private, and will continue to do so.

However, I can say, that I receive the greatest endorphin rush when stretching the latissimus dorsi and serratus anterior.
