I’m about a month late but Isa and I did the valentines event. Did it like 4 or 5 times until we got 100% running through the maze. :)

Made an alt on leviathan and not even 2 minutes in i found this group of lovely people sitting in uldah. They also gave me a Bomboko minion too! good times.

This is my rant about some toxic players in ffxiv. Excuse the language but this is how I feel :D

TIP FOR YOU PLAYERS WHO HAVE BEEN PLAYING FOR A LONG TIME. DON’T BE AN ASSHOLE TO NEW PLAYERS AND JUST IN GENERAL. REMOVE THE STICK BEFORE YOU PLAY FF. I can’t tell you how infuriating it is to deal with this garbage. 2 separate occasions. 2 separate people. HONESTLY. How far up your own ass do you have to be to tear someone down instead of helping them? 

The first picture our tank was new and learning. Instead of suggesting abilities and being helpful our healer just says to give up the job. Guess what buddy? Your opinion is 100% invalid. You can’t just tell someone to stop playing a class they are learning. Cry me a big ol’ bucket of tears because they aren’t like your tank in your raid group. Also if you see someone not playing a class right give them advice without being an asshole??? If they don’t listen, then don’t make it an issue and move on with your life knowing you tried. If they aren’t wiping your party every 2 seconds then sit back shut up and do your job. Put on your back pack and be the GOD LIKE WHATEVER YOU SEEM TO THINK YOU ARE. CARRY THEIR ASS.

Second picture our healer was a SCH and our tank was a WAR. Our SCH was doing fine, DPSing and healing the tank when he was 40% back to full health and continuing to DPS. Tank never died and tank never dropped below 40%. Tank decides it was his civil duty to harass our Healer because he didn’t 100% HP the whole dungeon. I also fail to understand the logic that was used to make a fuss out of a perfectly fine dungeon run. They even went as far as kicking the healer from the dungeon. The healer added me after and thanked me for sticking up for him. 

Let me tell you what, if you ever tell me to give up a job because I’m not to your standards, guess what? I’M ABOUT TO PLAY THAT CLASS SO MUCH I WILL DO IT IN MY SLEEP. If you aren’t going to give helpful advice, just shut up or leave the dungeon.

anyone else find it funny lalafells basically carry around a bow their size if not bigger?

I'm not sure why but today while running my Ixali quests, I couldn't un-hear "STRAWBERRYBANANA STRAWBERRYBANANA STRAWBERRYBANANA" when riding the Titan pony. I am ruined.
