Dating Headcanons forJiang Wei~

Becomingthis young man’s lover means that you get to be as important as his mentor inhis eyes. Now he has two people he HAS to prove himself to, Zhuge Liang and hisS/O.

Thisalso means that Jiang Wei waste no time at all to stand up for his lover. Mercyon the soul who will even try to do such a thing. He’d be ready to give an hourlong speech about how his S/O is formidable. Better drag him away while tellinghim it’s okay  before he says anythingembarrassing…

Thebeginning of the dating days are often filled with apologies on his side, as heis eager to try and step up to the role of a lover, but that eagerness is whatmakes him rush too much and perhaps step over boundaries. Still, he learnsquickly and in the matter of a month, he rarely ever does a mistake.

He’salso very good at remembering certain details his S/O might speak of. A splitin the wood of their brush? He’ll remember to swiftly take care of that. Thesame goes for things that they may spot at the market and get captivated by,remembering them and secretly buying them for a future gift.

JiangWei could be described as an accidental romantic in a way. He doesn’t actuallytry to be romantic, it’s just that he’s so honest, thoughtful and good withwords that he ends up doing and saying a lot of romantic things that way.

Ifhis S/O is ever in danger,  Jiang Weiwould go above all and beyond to assure his safety, not stopping any of hisattempts until they are. But at the same time, he’d blame himself a lot forbeing careless and not paying even more attention to them.
