How to find them

Hints about codes will often show up as bolded letters in text or Morse code, though the morse code may not be obvious.

Janus: he speaks in a Vignere Cipher that uses a Keyword to understand. His current keyword is 'snake'.

You can speak to each SCP directly without Thomas knowing by addressing them by name

SCP text is colour coded - so far we have Janus, Logan and [???].

Thomas speaks in either bolded letters or morse code

How to decode Logan's text: He uses a Ceasar Cipher, then on top of that he uses a Nihilist Cipher, with the current keyword 'memory'. To decode on Cryptii you must put the code into the Nihilist Cipher first with the keyword, then run it through a Ceasar Cipher until you find the solution. Cryptii allows you to do this at the same time.

((whispering to the voices in my head (other players of the game)) alright yall, you know I'm not the best at these things, but I managed to get as far as the desktop site of the blog, and there's another message to decode around the pfp, which translates to 'there's another blog'! Unfortunately, I got no idea how to find it. Any ideas, peanut gallery (my fellow players who are much better at this than me)?)

Dr. Sanders laughs and watches your eyes light up as you find things he knows are there but also knows have been carefully hidden so as not to find them too quickly. "Your curiosity is what makes you a good assistant."

Good job finding the hidden cipher! There's more. And yes, there is another blog. Finding it is going to take work and while another cipher it is in plain sight, you do not have all the pieces yet to find it because you will not know what to do with the information if you DO come across it.

Logan speaks and you are surprised he is not speaking only in code. "I am doing alright. I have been in here for several years. I will admit that my original method of confinement was much less stimulating, though I am pleased to have Dr. Sanders here to keep me more entertained."

Thomas takes you down the hall and to another containment cell where a man sits inside wearing a visor across his eyes. He appears to be reading, though you aren't sure how. "This is our next SCP!" Thomas says. "SCP-110315. His name, however, is Logan, and he is very smart.... it might take you a couple tries to figure out what he's saying. But he won't trust you or speak to you until you figure out what he means. So good luck, ok?"

He hands you the file and it reads:

SCP-110315 is a Euclid Keter Class anomalous humanoid capable of immense memory storage and recall. SCP-110315's anomalous properties become apparent after prolonged exposure to direct eye contact, thus making the permanent goggles mandatory so as to prevent further information about the Foundation being stolen and stored within its memory banks. Any signs of cracking or breakage of the visor requires immediate sedation and reapplication of a repaired or replaced product. Direct eye contact with SCP-110315 allows it to permanently steal memories of the victim and house those memories within it's memory banks for immediate recall upon request. SCP-110315 is not violent but is prone to continuous attempts to escape containment and due to it's massive intellect, SCP-110315 is therefore required to be confined within a straight jacket and chained to the floor. Addendum: As per Dr. Sanders reevaluation, subject shall be allowed free reign of his cell, given a plethora of books to read, and have access to music. SCP-110315 shall be provided occasional relocation to recreational areas at least once per week. SCP-110315 shall be given a writing utensil and papers to request mundane information about the Foundation. This information shall be vetted by Dr. Sanders and if deemed appropriate, shall be responded to with correct information.

EDIT: Figured out what I did - Please decode the two parts together. Even though there is a new paragraph, you need to put both sections of text into the decoder together to translate it. This is what I do for all ciphers like that. ]]

Thomas looks delighted that you're interested, pleased to see you have the curiosity he's looking for in an assistant. He's also taken notice of how interested Janus seems to be with you as well. It occurs to you that not every Foundation Personnel might come at the SCPs with curiosity instead of fear or judgement. "Previous research has shown difficulties in ascertaining what makes his eye glow. There's speculation that it's bioluminescence but other theories include photonic light manipulation or perhaps phosphorous luminescence of some kind, but ultimately scans don't work on Janus.
