Omg hello!! It’s so good to see you still about! How have you been doing?! Are you still a snowbird shipper? If so, will you be participating in Qrowin week next year? :’)

Hi omg I know this is a long wait for reply, the app sucks and I don’t get notified on asks.

I do in fact still ship snowbird! I kinda slowed and halted a lot of my posting and content because I actually haven’t had a computer for a hot minute now 😅 can’t afford it yet, I spent most my computer fund on MCR tickets 😬(judge me!)

I think I submit onto the interest form but I totally missed it, my jobs gotten pretty hectic(Boss is chronically ill so I step up often) and I got districted from qrowin week, sorry friends😭

But a tiny update for those that missed, I got married! I’ve been hunting & grind it out at a higher paying place so I can do my hobbies again. I’ve been, as the youth say, TWEAKING tf out on not being able to do my cringe pass times.(I use to do vtubing and I wanna get back to it! Maybe I’ll make models of the twins) I turned 31 last week c: and coming to grips w it lol

Anyway thank you all again for those still around for sticking by my near dead page. :((( I miss and appreciate you all dearly🫶

Not sure if this blog is still active but do you have any family headcanons for winter x Qrow?

I’d like to think Winter becomes a bit more Lax with their children.

Of course, she’s adamant that they upkeep their studies and is quick to encourage them to stick with something when they decide to try extracurriculars out.

Qrow is definitely the funner parent of the two, but he takes danger more seriously. Is quick to react in anger very much “Don’t you get that you can get hurt or die?!”

Whereas winter is more so the “you lie in the bed you make” type.

They’re very far from perfect parents and I imagine some cycles are hard to break but overall their kids are quick to speak their minds. Especially Neve.

I don’t think they would “retire” to raise their family but do try hard to take a step back from their work.

Taiyuan’s is a good uncle to their kids, Qrow often jokes that it’s “even and fair” now.

When/how did Teacher!Winter meet Military!Qrow? (P.S. I love this AU concept!!)

Would military!qrow still develop a drinking problem or would that not happen in the same way? Or would it happen to teacher!winter?

I think it’d be a bit harder for him to get over the drinking problem.Though i think teacher!winter would be a bit more sympathetic about it,rather than “oh he’s just a terrible drunk” she’d probably spare some time to listen to him. Despite him for sure being older she’d approach it like she would a struggling student, with a more adult lens in mind.I think she’d still be a bit adverse or totally against drinking alcohol because of the environment she grew up in, but she’d be more likely to consider qrow a friend in this light.

imagine if Winter went on to be an academy teacher and Qrow went on to be in the military instead. I think he’d be bitter and unhappy having to work for atlas and slack off a lot, but I’d assume its good money. winter would be a strict teacher but I’d think she’d have fun. (if you wanna ask Military!Qrow or Teacher!winter anything, feel free too lol)
