|| Hey everyone, just wanted to quickly bring an update and say I'm still around! I have some asks i need to answer as well as send out, so i hope to get to that soon once school has calmed down. Thanks for being patient everyone!

The Victini still seems lost in thought. He doesn’t seem to notice the two ‘Mons that approached him. Valerie stares into open space, until he shakes his head to bring his attention back to reality.

“Oh! S-sorry about that, guys! Yes, I’m a mechanical engineering major!

“I figured it out when I was much younger, I liked building little toys from scraps and shared them with my classmates, who loved them! As I went through junior high and high school, I had a big interest in making things.

“ Heh, I don’t really know the specifics of mechanical engineering, but I think that’s how I’ll be able to express myself best!”

Valerie seems a bit better now, having thought back to a nice moment in his life.

Valerie thinks for a moment. He uses his fingers to poke his chin, as if trying to recall information.

“Well, first of all, Calculus isn’t all that hard, but it most certainly is helpful knowledge.“

He pauses again to think.

“If I’m going to be honest, I don’t really know what I want to do after I graduate. At the very least, I’m a Mechanical Engineering major, so I hope to go into that field!”

Although the question was fully answered, Valerie still seems stuck on something.

“Well, Calculus was invented a long time ago, and it’s really cool! In Calculus 1, you learn derivatives and the nature of functions and their graphs, in Calculus 2 you learn integrals, the opposites of derivatives! Then, in Calculus 3...”

Valerie goes on for a few minutes, breaking down the basics of each class. When he notices he’s dragged on long enough, he smiles weakly and blushes from embarrassment.

“Heh, sorry about that... I guess I got a little carried away. In summary, it’s the basis of a lot of the things we study here at Harmonia!”

The Victini gives a triumphant look and nods.

The Victini’s eyes brighten with excitement. 

“It’s nice to meet you! I’m new here to Harmonia, but not so much to Castelia City. It’s been my dream to come here since I was a kid, and it’s finally come true!”

The Victini nods his head.

“Yes, I am! I’m also new to this area, so I’m pretty fresh around here, for sure. Everything around campus is so pretty, I can’t wait to see more of it!”

A clamoring of voices can be heard from inside the lecture hall. After a few moments, a collective of students all walk out, talking among themselves. Among them is Valerie, who is taken aback at seeing others waiting for him. 

“O-oh, hello!” He laughs nervously to himself and rubs his head. “I wasn’t expecting anyone to still be waiting around! Well, if you want to chat, or ask me things, feel free to do so. How can I help you guys?”

Valerie is now out of class, and officially open for asks!

[[That being said, sometime this week I plan to go out and send asks, I could definitely use some of my own, haha! Regardless though, I'm super excited. Hope you guys are too!
