I just love this bit so much. For moments she was worried she did something wrong when she saw his reaction. For moments she didn’t understand that he was actually so moved with her, so in love with her, that he was crying with her words. Because he finally understood she knew, right from the beginning, in her own way. And that “No”, with a tender smile, with tears in his eyes, is probably the most fascinating “I love you” I’ve ever heard.
