the brotherhood of steel is a lot like the bees from bee movie, ive realized

on one hand this is the second-worst combination of words Brotherhood-related that any of my friends have put in my view, but on the other hand I don’t know Bee Movie well enough to exactly argue against this

gladly.  granted im overdue for a bee movie rewatch, but i think (i hope) ive still seen it enough times to make this comparison

1. where the bees have their hives, the bos has its bunkers- both unassuming on the outside, but surprisingly technologically advanced on the inside. both are also very secluded from the outside world.

2. they can both fly

3. both have specialized positions the individual chooses from to benefit the group as a whole, although as far as i know, the bees’ jobs have more options but less upward advancement and limited ranks (but there is like, a decorated bee sergeant though, which would imply a bee military and rankings?)

4. the bees think humans shouldnt have honey and fight to hoard it for themselves to the detriment of society at large, the bos works to keep technology out of the hands of wastelanders and hoard it, for themselves. both believe they are doing the right thing.
