sometimes

when I close my eyes

I can see you

how you were before

before everything went to shit

when we were young

and the world

laid at our feet

& nothing was impossible

you were just you

and I was just me

two peas in a pod

two souls in a core

before everything went to shit

and we lost ourselves

to power

to sickness

time doesn’t move backwards

until it does

which isn’t possible you claim

but alas

before is now and never again

but always with you

even now when everything

has gone to utter shit

I am me

You are kinda you

and that’s what matters

we two together

always forever

two souls, one core

Anthony Head: Buffy and Ted Lasso actor dies at 72

The 72-year-old British actor also had roles in shows including Merlin and Little Britain.

Really sad news, everyone.

Rupert Giles, you phenomenal character. Anthony Head, you incredible actor, who brought such subtlety to this role. At times dark, at times comedic, always hot.

The watcher we needed and deserved.
