Platonic Luke and Gender-nuteural reader
Summary: Luke is sick and reader gets called to help Luke since Simeon and Solomon are gonna be doing some studying back at RAD.

"Hey, (reader), me and Simeon are gonna be staying after school to do some studying, and since Luke is sick, can you go to Purgatory Hall to make sure Luke is alright while we're gone? If you're ever feeling tired you can sleep in mine or Simeon's room. I'm currently bringing over some papers for Luke to catch up on his schoolwork by the way." Solomon explained from the D.D.D as (reader) was heading to the HoL after school had ended, they knew Luke was sick but assumed Solomon or Simeon was gonna be taking care of Luke after school since Simeon stayed from RAD to take care of Luke for the day.
"Okay, let me just grab some things from my room real quick, Solomon." They replied, their D.D.D in one hand as they walk up to the front door of the HoL.
"Okay, hope Luke won't be too much of a problem, (reader)." Solomon responded, they can hear the soft and gentle tone in Solomon's voice through the call.
"Don't worry, I got siblings of my own, I know what to do." (reader) replied, they can hear Solomon's soft chuckle.
"Yeah, that's true, just don't get sick, okay? I love you, (reader)." Solomon responded.
"I love you too, Solomon. And don't worry, I won't get sick."
Solomon hangs up as (reader) walks into HoL to gather some of their things to bring with them to Purgatory Hall.
"Oi! (Reader)! Where are ya plannin' on going?" Mammom asks, they look at him.
"Going to Purgatory Hall to take care of Luke since he's sick, and Solomon and Simeon are gonna be doing some after school studying so Simeon can catch up on his work." They explained, Mammon let out a hmph an crossed his arms.
"Just don't get sick." Mammon said, (reader) then heads to their room, packing some pajamas, two sets of masks for them and Luke to wear to make sure that they don't get sick and so Luke doesn't spread whatever illness he caught.
When they finished packing, they made their way to Purgatory Hall, crossing paths with Solomon and Simeon.
"Hi, (reader), I missed you." Simeon said, giving them his signature gentle smile, (reader) smiles back and hugs Simeon.
"Hey, Simeon, I missed you too. Hope you and Solomon have fun studying."
"We will." Simeon placed a gentle kiss on (reader)'s forehead. "Luke's in denial he got sick, saying it's a curse a demon had placed on him." Simeon explained.
"Okay." They replied, smiling softly from Simeon's kiss on their forehead and went to hug Solomon.
"Stay safe, (reader)." Solomon ruffled (reader)'s (h/c) hair.
"I will, Solomon." (Reader) giggles softly from Solomon ruffling their hair.
"There's some supplies to make some soup for Luke in the kitchen." Simeon explained, (reader) smiles softly at Simeon.
"Okay." (Reader) lets go of their hug with Solomon and heads inside Purgatory Hall where Luke was laying on the couch.
"Hey, Luke." (Reader) greeted, putting on a mask.
"(Reader)?" Luke asks, it's evident his nose is stuffy and his throat was sore.
"Yeah, Solomon called me to take care of you tonight since he and Simeon are gonna be catching up on some of Simeon's missed work." They explained, Luke sat up on the couch and looks at them.
"I'm not sick-" Luke protested, but got interupted by him sneezing. (Reader) walks over to the couch and hands him a mask to wear.
"So you don't make me sick or make Lucifer and his brothers sick." (Reader) explains, Luke hesitently puts the mask on.
"It's probably a curse a demon placed on me." Luke grumbles, (reader) sighs softly.
"Well, you're sick, and I don't think a demon would want to put a curse on only you and not Simeon too." (Reader) explained.
Luke pouted behind the mask and let out a hmph, still in denial that he got sick.
(Reader) sets their bag down. "I'm gonna go make some soup for dinner tonight." They said, walking over to the kitchen, cleaning the counter and stovetop, washing their hands, setting all the ingredients out for chicken noodle soup. Luke patiently waits for the soup to be done so his throat can stop being so sore.
After a while, (reader) walks over to Luke, holding a bowl of chicken noodle soup, which Luke walks to the table, taking his mask off, and eats the soup.
"After dinner, I'm gonna help you catch up on your missing work, Luke. Okay?" (Reader) looks at Luke, which Luke nods in agreement.
Once Luke and (reader) finish their dinner, (reader) was currently helping Luke with his homework and any schoolwork he missed out on, same with some projects.
"(Reader), how come you're willing taking care of me?" Luke asks (reader), confused, he's been nothing but sorta rude to Lucifer, his brothers, and other demons since the exchange program started.
(Reader) looks at him and gave Luke a soft smile. "You remind me of my younger siblings, Luke. Even though me and my siblings get into arguments, we still care for each other." (Reader) explained. Luke looked at (reader), he's been called a dog before, but someone thinking him as a little sibling? That made him want to cry from the implications of a human like them seeing him as a sibling, not as a dog.
After helping Luke complete his missing work, (reader) helps tuck Luke in for the night, softly humming a song to get Luke to fall asleep, once he does, they walk out of his room, turning the light off and closing the door slightly and walks into Solomon's room, laying on his bed as they wait for Solomon and Simeon to return.
