I am an angel. I was kicked out of heaven a few centuries ago but still remained a angel on Earth. I was kicked out for being on the wrong side of a small civil war in Heaven. I'm still an angel. Of what, I'm not sure.

Cas thought about it for a minute. “You may pick, since you seem to have a lot of ideas, and I chose last time,” he said, nodding as he leaned against Dean slightly.

Dean smiled with a feeling of content as Cas leaned against him. It was an adorable gesture. “I have something in mind.”

Sam nodded his thanks as Astriel held the door for him, stepping into Deans apartment building and heading for the elevator. He pressed the button and the elevator arrived, stepping inside he waited for Astriel to follow before pressing the floor button.

Astriel followed Sam into the elevator and waited silently as they went up. The doors opened and Astriel walked out and towards Cas and Dean's apartment and then took a breath before knocking on the door.

"Do you have a specific ‘thing’ in mind, or am I picking?" Dean said wrapping an arm around Cas’ waist and pulling him against the hunter.

"Everything’s fine" Sam assured him, "But we are gonna catch hell if we don’t speed up" he said, motioning with his hand to walk a bit faster.

Astriel rolled his eyes and walked faster as Sam insisted. After a few moments they got to Castiel and Dean's apartment building and he pulled the door open for Sam.

Sam followed Astriel out of the building, “I’m fine” he replied, giving a small but hopefully reassuring smile.

Astriel's lips thinned into a set line. "Are you sure? Nothing's up at all?"

Sam shrugged, when the elevator doors open he began walking towards the exit of the building. Quickly reaching the front doors he held one open for Astriel

Astriel rose an eyebrow at Sam as he walked passed him to outside the building. "You okay?" He asked as his features turned morphed into concern.

Dean nodded at Cas as he grabbed the bowl of salad and took it out to the table. “They should be here any second now.” He said looking to Cas in the kitchen.

Sam rolled his eyes, but otherwise ignored the comment. “Are we walking or driving?” he asked, pressing the elevator button

"Walking. It's only a block away." Astriel said as he stepped onto the elevator. "And I saw that eye roll." He smirked.

Cas turned to Dean as he was finishing the pasta sauce. “At what time did you tell Sam and Astriel to arrive?”

Dean pulled his wrist up to see his watch. “Um, around 5:30 or 6.” He said with a nod.

Sam did as he was instructed and grabbed the whiskey from the kitchen counter, “Ready?” he asked, heading for the door

Astriel nodded to Sam with a large smile as he exited the apartment. "Hopefully no one will be threatened this time." He said with a teasing smirk.

"Ready?" Sam called, Astriel was in the bathroom, still getting changed Sam assumed. "You where the one who was concerned with being late" he added, leaning against the kitchen counter

Astriel heard Sam yell to him as he was perfecting his hair. He rolled his eyes and stepped back to make sure everything was in place before he walked out to Sam. "Grab the whiskey please." He chose to ignore Sam's comment about his lateness.

Astriel rolled his eyes and followed Sam with the cart. “I want it to taste nice,” He said putting emphasis on ‘nice’. “Actually, we could get a bottle of nice bourbon and put a ribbon on it too.”

"I really think you’re putting to much thought into this" Sam replied with a small smile

Astriel shrugged. "I just want to make sure Dean like me." He bit the inside of his cheek, a nervous habit.

Astriel nodded and moved to grab a cart. “Just grab what you want, and get Dean beer. Like, expensive beer.”

"I don’t think he’s picky about the price of the beer" Sam pointed out, walking forward into the store

Astriel rolled his eyes and followed Sam with the cart. "I want it to taste nice," He said putting emphasis on 'nice'. "Actually, we could get a bottle of nice bourbon and put a ribbon on it too."

Sam smiled and gave a little laugh, “We’d probably both be better off”

Astriel nodded and moved to grab a cart. "Just grab what you want, and get Dean beer. Like, expensive beer."

Astriel nodded as they approached the doors to the store and they opened automatically before them. “So we go our separate ways and meet up at check out when we get what we need?”

Sam nodded in agreement, “I really don’t need that much though” he pointed out before walking into the store

Astriel had to lean over and kiss Sam's cheek. "Do you just wanna stick with me then?" He asked wrapping an arm around Sam's waist.

Sam smiled, “I guess that sounds fair”

Astriel nodded as they approached the doors to the store and they opened automatically before them. "So we go our separate ways and meet up at check out when we get what we need?"

"Well good thing you cook then" Sam said with a smirk

Astriel laughed at that. "God, you're impossible." He said as his bumped his shoulder into Sam's lightly. "I'm just going to get what I want and you should do the same."

Sam’s smiled faltered for a second, then he shrugged, “I don’t know, you’re the cook” he pointed out

Astriel rolled his eyes as the store came into view as the turned a corner. "You're the one who need to actually eat it to survive." He countered.

Sam let out a chuckle, “Can’t wait” he said and kept walking, slowing down a bit to let Astriel catch up

Astriel smiled shyly at Sam as he caught up with him. "So what do you want to get from the store? We need to get a case of beer for when we go over to your brother's apartment later this evening, that I know but," He shrugged. "We basically need to restock the entire kitchen."

Sampaused only a second before nodding, “Sure” he began walking in the direction of the store

Astriel jumped excitedly and walked faster to keep up with Sam. "Oh my god, this is great. I know just the bottle to open."

Sam creased his eyebrows for a second, “If its that big of a deal”

Astriel shrugged and shook his head. 'It's not a big deal, we'll get a case of beer for you brother, but I just want you to at least try some wine. Especially when I have the good stuff." He smiled at Sam.
