I had a friend that suffers from marital issues. Her husband is emotionally disconnected with her and their son. She has suspicions that the guy could also be cheating. After thinking a long time this composite stellium you gave me, I thought about an image of two friends sitting by each other, looking at the other merrily while they exchange words despite them being sorrounded by people.
Having a stellium in Scorpio, especially when it has personal planets like Sun, Mercury, and Venus, grants the pair with an intimate attraction; a powerfull chemistry that will be impossible to resist from both parties. How does this manifest? Well, majorly when you communicate. I don't know if you are asking for a friendly connection or a romantic one, but, when you are together, you'll find that you share a connection with this person that is unmatchable.
