I can't believe I have to say this but PLEASE do not send me asks asking for donations. I'm not going to know if you're a human or a bot and I am going to assume bot and block you and delete the ask. If I am going to donate to anyone, be it individual or organization, I am going to do so only when I can verify where that money would actually be going. There are way too many scammers out there for me to trust random links thrown at me by people I don't know.
(Also if you are a human reading this and actually need financial help, PLEASE do not try to do so by soliciting random tumblr users. There are blogs and people that aggregate that information for individuals who want to donate to help others. If you're stateside and in need of financial assistance, housing assistance, or other related resources, contact your local chapter of Call 2-1-1. Some counties and states have similar resources through other organizations too, check with your local library if you need a hand.)
Edit: This also goes for tagging me in posts asking for donations. Do not tag me in posts asking for donations. I will assume you are a bot and block you accordingly. If I donate it will be to fundraisers or individuals I vet in my own time. Solicitation makes me assume you're a scam blog.
