Hi, me and my family are homeless and trying not literally die this summer due to the heat. In order to do that (plus provide ourselves a stable-ish living space and basic hygiene) we need to be able to stay at a campground.
35CAD (25USD) is the rate per night, adjusted to include paypal fees. We have other expenses too, including food, cooking gas, vehicle gas, and storage bills.

Somedays it doesn't feel like Susie's changed much at all.
Maybe the weather's particularly bad or whoever's in charge of tossing out the diner's leftovers made sure good stuff was buried too deep for even her to risk wading through the filth, something puts her in a foul mood and that's when she feels it.
That familiar bitterness gnawing in the pit of her stomach, aching for answers to questions she didn't want to entertain.
She's not a baby anymore, she can't go around sniveling and asking why the world keeps kicking her while she's down.
At a certain age it stops being pitiful, at a certain age you gotta learn to kick back.
Still, staring at the deep impressions of her boot in the dumpster doesn't do much in terms of making her feel better. Now she was cold, hungry and her foot hurt.
.. They're reminded of Susie. Not entirely, her own front lacked the same smooth polish that the other human's displayed— but both lacked a certain gravity.
Hollow. Even if they're sure these threats to their life were coming from a far more genuine place.

Homeless Family Needs Help With Our Summer Housing/Camping
So my homeless family couldn't stay in parking lots with the current heat, so we have taken to camping! And we even have a site, but qe could use help maintaining this boon to our health & safety, the campground is 30$ a day, and we also still have to cover food & other needs.
CAN MONSTERS USE MAGIC IN THE LIGHTWORLD? Sort of. (Ramble)
Being on the surface meant monster's did not need to rely on their magic for everyday survival, which increasingly turned it into a specialization of sorts as technology continued to evolve.
Is modern medicine more effective than a healing spell? Nope! But, sadly, coexistence with humans meant a push to assimilate for early monsters. Even without monsters being shoved underground and sealed behind a barrier, tensions still linger between the species. Bullet pattern communication is a dying art 💔...
With monsters eating more physical food instead of straight magic, which could be absorbed by all parts of the body instantaneously, their bodies respond by making "blood" to transfer the nutrients and such around. Compositionally it's different than human blood, more latently magical, and so would not be helpful in a blood transfusion scenario between a human/monster.
The Dark World enhances the latent magical abilities of a monster rather than straight up giving them magic, which is why Kris is unable to utilize it.
The only monster family to be practically the same are the Blooks, who operate on Ghost Rules, possession/ghost food, which are too fundamentally tied to their being to be changed by external factors.
Humans wielding magic is not impossible, but it does not come naturally to them as it would a monster. Being such physical creatures, human mages require amplifiers in order to wield magic— spellbooks, amulets, the favor of higher beings: All techniques that have been fictionalized by history.
Hometown preserves a lot of monster culture, though it is not exempt from its own stringent expectations and biases: Crowning a festival King and Queen specifically showing there are still gendered expectations placed upon romantic pairs, religious convictions in The Angel not exactly being Christianity but still leading monsters like Toriel/school system to parrot similar values (dragging Asriel to church for a week because he got a kiss, the school dance's strict rules on contact), etc.
Despite Kris having lived in Hometown since childhood they are still Othered by Snowy's "don't humans have a sense of humor", being asked by the child in the apartments if it "hurts to be made of blood, and Carol's seeming fixation on human souls/their soul particularly. They hate how they look and their inability to wield magic, feeling iced out of two pivotal cultural connections that would've tethered them to their community.
The magic that does remain is still useful, even if it often can be substituted by other things. Toriel/Asgore could light a cigarette with their fingertips, but it's more efficient to use the stove to cook a meal. Carol has a passive chilling effect on the room, but already keeps her AC up so high you'd hardly attribute to her directly. Healing magic can deal with surface wounds, but deeper injuries and illnesses are still best tackled by the hospital. (Changing Noelle's line from "Where everything can be healed by a little spell" to "Where everything can be healed by a little spell.")
Susie can harden her scales to protect herself, as well as generate heat, but she does not attribute these things to magic. She hardly notices them because it's not the same as launching a Rude Buster at someone's face.
