The Midnight Planétarium watch was a collaboration between Van Cleef & Arpels and Christiaan van der Klaauw. The watch is made of 396 separate parts and features the six closest planets orbiting the sun in real time (Uranus and Neptune were left out because you probably won’t live long enough to see either one complete a full orbit).

Kevin’s smile faltered slightly as he listened, expression changing from slightly upset to worried rather quickly. “You haven’t eaten?? Oh no, Samuel! We need to get you something to eat! This is very, very bad..What..do you eat?” He fretted over Samuel, any fear he should have had replaced with genuine concern for him.

"I would love that. I feel like I’ve missed so much.." He watches intently, black eyes trained on him.

"Ah, hmm." Though much has changed, Samuel still wasn't the best at talking for extended periods of time. Still loved to keep things as short as possible. "I did some bad things. More bad than usual. Killed people I should not have... well, one in particular. I buried myself in the desert after, for... months. Hm. Then I heard a familiar voice." At this point, he skips over a very important detail.

"I have not eaten in months. It's made me quite physically weak... I cannot even use my tentacles like this." Gives his chest a pat.

"My memories a bit funny. Er, fuzzy? Something. I do not remember how much you might not know. For example… are you aware I am married?"

"Married? Wow! No I didn’t! Congratulations, Samuel!" He straightens up, his smile widening. "I’m sad I wasn’t able to congratulate you earlier, if I’d been able to I would have sent a gift!"

"Okay. Then you have missed quite a lot." He taps his fingers together. "I suppose... I can tell you the most recent happening."

"Really? Have you been busy with something?" He blinks innocently, the words making him tilt his head curiously. "Well, everyone changes! I’m sure I’ve even changed!"
