I just had this idea of Basen being totally traumatized by not knocking before opening to door to Jinshi's room 🤭 and I had to sketch it ASAP

kind of based on a previous post about my desire for maomao and jinshi to have a little vacation/relaxation time!! wanted to draw a cute "beach episode" type thing of jinmao - i love going into bodies of water and collecting seaweed or cool rocks and seashells and i bet maomao would do the same if any of those thing have medicinal uses!! i can imagine jinshi might get a little mischevious if no one is around and initiate a splash fight since i doubt he was able to do anything of the sort as a kid!!

little jinmao comic inspired by my cat who is starting to give me immense body pain + cramping from the weird positions she forces me in to cuddle

maomao probably sleeps pretty compactly (probably from a life of sharing a small sleeping mat with luomen), but i'd like to think that as she and jinshi grow closer she starts unknowingly spreading out in her sleep / lays on jinshi in strange ways when talking :)
