The bell rang and Maomao’s eyes shifted back. She couldn’t see Jinshi's face so well but for some reason it looked like wherever he went there was an aura following him, one to which no one could look away from.

Jinshi began to ride at full gallop, at the start the only thing he did was pass the obstacles but to see him stand was something else, not only that but the way he grabbed an arrow and shot it straight at the blank was so delicate. Ever since Maomao was young she had the impression that all men were brusque, but she could almost think that a scratch from one of his arrows would be as delicate as a kiss on the cheek like the ones from Xiaolan’s movies.

“My son is talented is he not?” The woman beside her asked.

“Very..” She answered keeping her eye on him.
