Dwarsliggers, the palm-sized, horizontal books that have recently gained popularity, seem to privilege cosmetics over function. But perhaps these mini-volumes aren’t just decorative. John Green’s young-adult novels are now being reissued as dwarsliggers. Could this be an advancement in the state of biblio-technology?
