This is an MDF showing “tags” that are in place ready to perform the “jumper”
Sometimes your ISP just can’t do anything more to get your new ADSL or phone line installed… as far as they’re concerned, they’ve done all they can and now its up to the customer to fix any problems.
Most of the time it’s a simple MDF Jumper that needs to be installed or modified; a 20 minute job performed by a licensed technician, to connect the new service your ISP has provided to your townhouse, unit or apartment’s phone cabling.
