M27 is a minimal renovation located in Mimizan, France, designed by BAST in collaboration with littoral. Characterized by the studio’s iconic raw aesthetic, the interior consists of the bare minimum, and leaves the vaulted ceilings exposed. Polished concrete floors extend from the interior to the courtyard to create a seamless transition. Wooden partitions separate the various programming indoors while mylar drapery curtains separate the interior from the outside space.

Renovation of Robbiani Studio is a minimal renovation located in Rancate, Switzerland, designed by Ferruccio Robbiani Architect. The block building is located in the nucleus of the village of Rancate and houses an architecture studio. Built on four levels, it is characterized by mainly free spaces and a volumetric verticality accentuated by a metal spiral staircase.
