My 6 year old sister likes to pull ‘pranks’. Prank is a term I use loosely because she just hides your things and puts a note that says she was here. Well, she just did that to me, she took my phone. And in the process, she knocked over my water bottle when I wasn’t in the room and water began to trickle out and it soaked a few of my books AND my Arctic Monkeys cd! The cd is fine but the book was almost ruined.

When I have one-on-one consultation calls, I'm always baffled by what I hear. I'm sitting on FaceTime with a person, who is so smart, so passionate yet so unwilling to make the necessary sacrifices to reach their goals. Having guts is rare. And I mean, RARE. Most people lack confidence in one aspect of life and then they deflect. Basically, they cope with it by lashing out in another area in their life. Some people are born with that confidence and some live their entire lives trying to acquire it. You'll find people down playing something to only find out that deep down, they are only down playing it because they themselves can't do it. Tuh! 🐸☕️ Confidence can be tricky though. When you're so used to being confident, you start to feel like the smallest version of your self the moment you feel even an ounce of doubt. Which is ridiculous but very human. They say the grass is greener on the other side and its true. It's okay to not be amazing at every single thing. Be confident, be bold and most importantly, be kind to yourself.
