When has Mickey Milkovich ever been toxic/bad for Ian?
Was it when he was getting shot in the leg after getting caught fucking Ian?
When he got himself arrested because he would rather be in jail than be possibly killed by his dad if he was outed?
When he literally got the shit beat out of him when his dad caught him with Ian?
When his dad had him raped in front of Ian in order to fuck the “faggot” out of him?
Maybe it was when he was forced to marry his rapist and raise the kid he conceived with her.
Or it was when the person he loved left him for the army after he got married as if he had a choice in the issue.
How about when he took Ian, who was drugged the fuck out, back to his own home to take care of him and keep him safe for the night?
Maybe when he came out to his entire family and South Side when Ian threatened to leave him? Thus risking his life and getting the shit beat out of him once again?
Or it could have been the time that he let Ian move in with him in order to keep an eye on him whenever the possibility of Ian being bipolar came up.
Oh right, it was the time Mickey wanted to take Ian to the doctor and Ian flipped out and stole his son. No?
Okay what about when he learned everything about Ian’s disorder and medication, making sure he took it when he was suppose to and not eating/drinking anything that could cause negative side-affects?
Shit, there was that time when he got punched BY IAN for trying to keep Ian from drinking on medication.
It was probably when he tried fighting off the Military Police who were arresting his mentally ill boyfriend because his cunt half-sister turned him in.
There was also that time when Mickey was then dumped by his boyfriend for taking care of him and wanting him to be healthy.
It was kinda bad when he was arrested for almost killing the person who tried to RUIN Ian’s life.
Then I guess the icing on the cake was giving Ian the personal option of running away with him to start a new life. He even had the audacity to give Ian multiple chances to say goodbye.
The moral of the story is: don’t try and convince me that Mickey Milkovich is a toxic person for Ian/bad person in general.

Okay I’d like to rant about something. The fact that Fiona said Mickey would set a match to Ian’s life. Um I find that to be bull shit. Who was it that tried to get Ian on track be on meds and even took him to the clinic who is the one that took care of him cause it sure as hell wasn’t any of his siblings it was Mickey. It was Mickey that took care of him made sure that he was okay and to snap him out of his states. So fiona can take her words and shove them up her ass because you know what she has no room to talk when it comes to relationships. Mickey is Ian’s ride or die he keeps Ian grounded he’s Ian’s anchor his life line the love of his life.
After those kisses, and after Mickey’s ‘you’re under my skin’ line, are you gonna tell me those writers didn’t read a bunch of our fanfiction? Because...
And the writers better not fuck them up again or they are gonna have an angry mob waiting for them. But seriously they have to read our fic I mean look at Mickey’s name???
From what I understand, Ian’s gonna dump Mickey and return to Trevor which is why I’m not happy about them bringing him back at all, but eh. I’m trying to appreciate this while it lasts, but it’s difficult lmao
Then what was the point seriously. If they do that then it was pointless to give us one last gallavich reunion. Just to say haha fuck you. They are end game every time Mickey returns Ian goes running to him cause he loves the man they can justify it all they want but Ian loves the fuck out of him. Mickey has the best character development of all the characters and I hate that they are shitting all over him. If Ian is leaving Mickey then I'll do what I did for queer as folk and make my own ending. 7x10 will be my gallavich happily ever after and fuck the rest. Just like season 4 of queer as folk was my happily ever after for britin although gallavich is my one true otp haha no other couple compares to theirs. And why would Trevor be with Ian after he ran off with his ex and cheated him seriously trevor seems the type that would be over dramatic and tell Ian to fuck off after what he's done.

Mickey will always be my bby his life reminds me of mine living in a very broken home. This is why i hate that the writers are hurting him this is why I hate that they are shitting all over his character. He has the most character development out of anyone the show.
