DEFINITELY!! he’s one of my favorite characters to draw, so there’s definitely going to be more drawings of how I interpret him

what is your drawing process ?

I typically start off by sketching out the pose (having references from Pinterest helps), then the clothes and features on a separate layer. Afterwards I block out the main colors, add shadows using linear burn/multiply, then render. I mostly do all my rendering on one layer like I’m painting. Afterwards on a separate layer, I like to use overlay to make the lighting more dramatic!

I THINK I posted a speedpaint about a year ago on tt, which might help visually show the process. I don’t post that often so it shouldn’t be too hard to find it on my page….
