A place for me to put all of my AuDHD related thoughts because they need out. Hence why I called it "Exobrain" XD

The amount of stress I experience when insteuctions are unclear is unreal.

Not only do I then have to engage in extra socialising, I also have to shift all my plans around cause I can't Finish The Thing.

God I love having special interests. Best feeling ever. I can get so stuck into something that I live and breathe it and the happiness is so complete, it's just amazing. I don't care how it looks or how intense it is, this is me living at my best and if I could share the joy with those who don't experience this, I think they'd understand why special interests are so all-encompassing. It makes my whole being light up. I'm so thankful I get to experience this, it's fucking great!
