A plot where the two bump into each other in public somewhere, at a park, or a coffee shop, or the train station. A plot where there could be 5 or 10 or 15 years between them in age because that’s what happens when strangers meet. A plot where they could become lovers or best friends or complete enemies and it’s all decided by the characters.

Giving their neighbors their rations claiming that the government fucked up that week because they noticed that they’re going without trying to feed their kids.

Signing up for the draft cuz, “Fuck it. We can’t die by their weapons anyway. I’ll fight for the country I’ve lived in for the past century.”

Vampire nurses who know when the blood’s gone bad or what type of blood you need (because blood typing was fairly new during WWII).

The baby faced forever 18 vampire siting with the older soldiers cuz he’s seen the same shit they’ve seen, even though he can’t tell them. They’re all watching the young “I’m going to be a hero” boys, sadly waiting for the ball to drop.

The vampire that has to explain how he was the only survivor in the ambush and why the enemy is torn to shreds.

The vampire solider, holding his best mate since his childhood begging and crying, “Please, let me do this.” But his mate won’t let him because he’s more afraid of living forever and watching the world move on without him.

Then, 70 years later, they come to the memorial, to commemorate everyone that fought, everyone that fell, and an old man looks at him strangely and says, “You look just like your Grandfather.”

two characters who are stuck in hospital because of reasons (cancer, mental illnesses, car accident, etc) and become besties and get up to all sorts of mayhem together bonus points if it gets shippy because imagine all the angst if one of them (or both) had wives/husbands/boyfriends/girlfriends aND THEY COME AND VISIT AND THE OTHER PERSON IS LOWKEY LIKE ¬__¬

With some characters I’m like: Hell, yeah, I’ll multiship the hell out of you with anyone who’s good enough for you and love all these ships like babies and be overwhelmed by so many feels!

but with some characters I’m totally like: You have ONE soulmate and ONE ONLY and ONLY THEY ARE GOOD FOR YOU and no one else is ever going to deserve you and make you happy and any other ship is a big big NOTP, because JUST NO.

enemies to friends to lovers is literally my favorite trope. i will never tire of seeing two characters go from hating each other, to tentatively feeling out a friendship, to slowly developing feelings for each other and then falling in love. it’s painfully cliché and i want to see it e v e r y w h e r e

A plot where muse a works at the elder care and there’s this one lady who is just a whole lot of trouble who keeps trying to escape and eat other people’s cakes even though she’s diabetic, but she also has a grandson muse b who is kind of cute and seems like a reasonable person, but when muse a confronts them about the situation, it turns out muse b has not only been encouraging it, but is not even related to her and just likes the atmosphere of the place.
