Silence Is Golden

Being strong is to love someone in silent, to radiate happiness when we are unhappy, to forgive someone who does not deserve forgiveness, to stay calm in moments of despair, to show joy when we don't feel it, to smile when you want to cry, to make someone happy when our own heart is broken, to be silent when we feel like screaming our anguish, to comfort when we need to be comforted, to have faith when sometimes we no longer believe.

Frustrated || Open

Alexandra left her suite, her Slavic Arts textbook in her arms, frustrated. She was having nightmares again. She didn’t know what triggered these nightmares again. She was happy so why was she having terrible dreams? 

She walked to the courtyard and found the nearest bench and took a seat. She opened the Slavic Arts textbook and started reading and studying but got distracted fifteen minutes later. She looked at the grass beside her and was lost in her thoughts, her textbook forgotten on her lap.

August's face was expressionless as she walked back to her dorm room from her latest class. She was having a bit of trouble keeping up, but managed to pass most of her exams anyway, she just had to put more effort in than she wanted and didn't have the motivation. 

She was almost at the Moroi building when she spotted Alexandra on the bench. She smiled a small smile and walked over to her, hoping she would discover some secret spirit ability that would make Alex's 'smart' rub off on her.  "Hey," she said with a gentle smile, sitting down next to her classmate and trying not to be awkward.

Zombie || Open

August sighed as she walked across the Academy's grounds during lunch. She had been going back and forth from school, to Emily's house daily and rarely had any free time to herself.  She wasn't used to being so.. homey, with people, let alone Zeke and Jayden, who she had never spoken to before. It was weird for her, to be so sociable, but she figured she had to try step out of her comfort zone at one stage.  As she walked along the path she looked down at the blossoming flowers, smiling a small smile at their colours.
