Mrs. Peel is unzipped. I'm not sure if these are rehearsal photos from Death at Bargain Prices or behind the scenes photos. During most of the scene where Kane is monologuing Rigg and Macnee are shot from the front. Like so:

It was probably more comfortable and a lot cooler to stay unzipped during rehearsal.
