To the point they are worrying more about having sex and not seeming concerned at all about finding Steve and then turn off your comments when criticism is given. Lmfao. Friendly reminder to Bucky stans, Steve Rogers is the reason why he is free from Hydra and no longer brainwashed. So when you’re shitting on him over “abandoning” Bucky, remember there wouldn’t be anyone to “abandon” if not for Steve. Was I happy with Steve going back to Peggy? Hell no. The MCU became all no homo with Stucky after fans wanted a romance. Seemed forced to have him do that. But Steve has every right to finally live his own damn life - even if that meant going back to Peggy.

Also, quit trying to make Sam and Bucky into the new Stucky. They are cop buddies, not romantic at all.

There is absolutely no proof that Steve Rogers went back to Peggy and stopped none of the horrible things that happened in the original time line. The movie was pretty clear that you can’t go back in time to change the history of your current timeline and any drastic change actually results in another timeline. So prove to me that Steve didn’t save Bucky, didn’t save Tony’s parents, stop Zola, stop Hydra from taking over S.H.I.E.L.D, and a mulitude of other things. There was absolutely no requirement for Steve to lay low to preserve the timeline. Again, he started another timeline so there was nothing to preserve. Stop trying to make Steve into a bad guy who selfishly went back to Peggy and just sat around when bad things were happening.

You know what I don’t get with a lot of Bucky in fanfics? The way they have him think of himself as non-human and just an “asset” when he is the Winter Soldier. Oh! Bucky doesn’t know how to be human! Bucky thinks as himself as just an asset! I also don’t get the thought that Hydra just sat around abusing him and not taking care of him. In the Winter Soldier, he spoke like a human. He had thoughts like a human. Without being deprogrammed, he was able to speak with Steve and remember things. He was able to live and function. Outside of the chair and Pierce hitting him (which is obviously part of his conditioning), where’s proof that Hydra didn’t take care of their most valuable weapon? It’s like fanfic takes the thought of Bucky being the asset to the ultimate extreme. The chair was used precisely because “Bucky” was always there under the Winter Soldier. He looked pretty human and confused when he asked who the hell is Bucky or asked Pierce about the man on the bridge. Why can’t we see more of that Bucky as the Winter Soldier? Brainwashed people don’t become robots. Do they?

Destiehellers are the reason I moved from the SPN fandom into the MCU fandom. At least over here I can love Stucky, Stony and any characters I like without a very small group of demented fans sucking the fun out of everything. They literally made everything about Castiel and Destiew. It didn’t even matter if Castiel was even in an episode. They still made the discussion about him. How is that not crazy and obsessive?? I know I’m not the only one who grew tired of them and I know I’m not the only one who they helped to turn against Castiel. They are entitled toxic morons and I’m glad they never got what they wanted. They deserved it.

Destiehllers are liars. They never cared about representation. They are obsessed with Castiel and Misha Collins. They desperately wanted Cas to replace Sam in Dean’s life so that Misha would be the second lead and more important to the show. They constantly tried to erase Sam and minimize Jared while elevating Misha’s importance and role in the show. They can run around trying to sound all woke but it isn’t the truth. Because if it had been simply about represention, SPN had that. If it had been just about representation, they would have been happy with Cas coming out (though the show could have easily established this much earlier - angels were already established as gender fluid, why not sexually fluid as well). No, they wanted him as part of Destiew to replace the relationship of the brothers. Bottom line, Castiel can be sexually fluid, gender fluid and anything you want without having to retcon Dean’s sexuality. Because Dean is 100% canonically straight. People fall in love with others who don’t return their feelings. That’s life and actually a more tragic and interesting storyline.

Who do the destiehellers think they’re fooling? They didn’t hate the ending because Dean died. They hated the ending because Dean died, went to Heaven and Castiel still didn’t matter to him. This ending blew apart their stupid claims that Destiew was canon. If Dean had died, met up with Cas in Heaven and declared his undying love, they all would be ecstatic. They simply hate Sam, hate the brothers being soulmates and hate that Dean was waiting for Sam so Heaven would be perfect.

Love the idiots who don’t understand that death most often comes out of the blue and is not heroic. That was the point of Dean’s death. He made it through all the big important fights. He won when it mattered the most. He lived his life and accomplished a lot. But death does not care how heroic you are or how tough you are. It takes you when it’s time. It took Dean AFTER he and Sam saved the world for the final time.

Things some fans (especially fanfic writers) seem to forget about Steve Rogers.

1. He has an eidetic memory. Which means he’d never forget someone’s name, where something is located, an appointment etc. It also means he can learn anything he sees or hears. That covers things like fighting styles and foreign languages. So no, he’s not going to get his ass kick because the other person knows a more modern fighting style. Steve can learn it literally as he fights the person. Also, think Thor’s hammer. He knew actually how to use it by seeing Thor use it.

2. He is a genius tactician. This means his odds of losing a game like chess are kind of low especially when you add the eidetic memory to it. So no, he’s not going to lose badly to someone like Tony.

3. He has the original superior super-soldier serum. Bucky has the inferior rip-off and the metal arm to make him stronger. Bucky is not faster, stronger etc. Think of the hand to hand fight between Steve and Bucky in TWS. Steve easily handled Bucky and his metal arm. Which brings me to another point.

4. In the MCU, Steve is the best fighter. Period. I don’t care about the shows on Netflix (they aren’t the MCU). I don’t care about the comics. I saw someone claim that Natasha is a better fighter than Steve in the MCU. Really? She wasn’t about to handle Bucky.

Steve rescued Bucky and the 107th from Hydra in WW2.

Steve rescued Bucky from Hydra by letting him beat him half to death.

Steve fought against team-mates to defend Bucky.

Steve became a fugitive for Bucky.

Steve took Bucky to Wakanda to get him deprogrammed.

Steve spent five years working to get Bucky and others back from the snap.

Bucky is returned, deprogrammed and able to live his life because of Steve.

But then Steve is the bad guy for going to the woman he loves and having a life?

Ridiculous. Steve had done more than enough for Bucky and the world. If he had left Bucky unprogrammed and unable to have a life, you’d have an argument. But he made sure Bucky was good before he left.

Also, since going back to Peggy started another timeline, how does anyone know he wasn’t planning to right the wrong that had been done to Bucky in that timeline? You think he only went back for Peggy, but what if he went back for more? Just a thought.
