My guess is that most of these people were mostly raised by Twitter and/or Instagram, social media sites where likes = popularity, thinks reblogging = reposting, and algorithm is king.

Because of stuff I’ve seen these past few days... PSA about something i dont enjoy and a reminder cuz- yeah.
No, I don't enjoy problematic ships that glorify weird/toxic/traumatizing subjects/dynamics. (AKA pr0sh1p) Never have, never will, and I don't want anyone who enjoys such things to use anything I create for whatever stuff like that. Find someone else who likes it. I have curated my space so I don't see anything I like, and if someone I follow suddenly makes ONLY stuff that I don't enjoy, I simply unfollow, block and move on. If you want a TL;DR this video sums it up well how I feel about that sort of content. NOTE: The above isn't the same as "oh they like [insert ship that i don't like simply because it's not my cup of tea]" or "they are into [insert thing I personally don't enjoy but it isn't toxic/problematic]". I have friendships with folk who like stuff I personally am not interested in or just don't like it- but we're still friends bc they respect my boundaries and I respect theirs lmao. What I don't enjoy is things like 1nc3st, p3d0, 4bus1v3 relationships- yknow, stuff that tries to romaticise stuff that's gross as hell. I'm all for letting people exploring dark topics, but only in a way that depicts them in the way that shows how BAD they are- not make it attractive/sexy/normal. Accounts who romanticize those gross things are immediately blocked and muted on my end. Moving on-
No, I am not always on social media. So if SOMETHING happened in a space I was in and an incident broke out- there is an EXTREMELY HIGH CHANCE I was not informed nor did not see anything about it. Especially if it happened in Tumblr because stuff like that doesn’t really appear on my feed as much as other sites that enjoy spreading that a lot more. The reason? I have a job and I'm in college in 8 out of the 12 months of the year. I also want to focus on my art and such. I also follow multiple interests. If for any reason I am following anyone that could be doing harm to others and such, please let me know privately! Communication leads to understanding. Don't assume people know every single incident that happens online cuz you don't know what's happening on their life. The fact there's people who still make assumptions without double checking is worrying... You cant just make someone guilty by association or judge them blindly. Ask privately first. So yeah uh- basically: I don't like pr0sh1p, as in the depiction of toxic/problematic themes in a romaticised way. I never have. I'm also not constantly checking socials. I do it on bursts here n there and I've been trying my best to lessen the time I check them so I can focus more on making art and enjoy other things outside of socials. If I ever hop on socials, it's probably just to check some funny stuff, maybe throw the rare comment here n there, art tutorials/tips or just post new art and poof afterwards.

Finished Chapter 5 of Deltarune and all i got was emotional damage and the fear of god shoved within me. Live reaction below (SPOILERS)!!
My face for like half the chapter while the other half i was just EXPLODING with joy. I know some folk out there have had all kinds of opinions about it- but personally I had a blast from start to finish! The cute nods to chapter 1, UNDERTALE- specifically the flowers...dude just seeing all the flowers have such wonderful and memorable personalities- Heck i didn't expect flower yaoi but i WELCOME it!! The chapter really went down deeper with how much the overarching theme is about escapisim and how the dark worlds can represent the worlds beyond our wildest dreams can bring comfort- but can also bring harm if you lose yourself in it. Though I must say, Ralsei was just HILARIOUS yet so expressive and loose with how he is through it all. Him beefing with Flowery (while hilarious and also bittersweet knowing well- it's very much a parallel to Asriel and Flowey sort of thing) was incredible. And the antics that later on happend with Yellow- Aqua and Seth were just so cute- Blue is charming, Orange is adorable, and Green is my GOAT!!!!!!! I love all of these flowers- and that includes Flowery despite me being annoyed at him at first- guess he grew on me eheh?
....THE KNIGHT BETTER BE READY FOR THESE HANDS FOR WHAT THEY DID TO FLOWERY!!! OH OH! But the action platformer segments on it!? The way I GASPED when I saw it shift to a different playstyle made me lose my SHIT dude. I wish I recorded my reaction to it LMAO AND AND AND-- AND!!
bruh i swear to god scenes where we talk to Ralsei have dialogue options like "you're everything to me" and "im going to shove an entire 2lt bottle of mtn dew down my throat and you will watch me"- but- did i forget to say Ralsei was just so fun this chapter??? have I??? Also! Secret Boss.... My reaction can be summed up with this:
DUDE WHAT DO YOU MEAN CAMELLIA GOT TO DO THE SONG FOR PINK'S FIGHT!?!?!? Holy shit i knew the tuning and the beat sounded familar- what a banger collab dude. Though uh- fuck the bombs bro-
BUT I JUST KNOW that fight was awkward as HEEEEEEELL for Kris after everything that was said in it- two halves wanting to get along- the body having their own thoughts, likes, dislikes separate from the ghost (or soul haha- hahahahahaha kris bro cmon man im trying to work with ya not against ya- im chill hahahaha) The final scene- taking Susie home n all. Genuinely I am not ok. What the hell man. Suddenly the whole "one last adventure" makes a lot more sense now. I wonder how much this is going to change with the weird route- but do i dare look up videos of it...? maybe- but i dont know if im ready atm HAH regardless- I loved it- i wanna do some fun doodles of it- ....later- tee hee!

I hate how people fighting over characters' sexualities, races, gender identities, etc. has started bleeding into oc creation now.
My friend got bullied to the point she deactivated her account on here because she made an oc that was a black girl with straight hair and people called her a racist and said she was whitewashing her own oc for not drawing her with curls. My friend is black and she gave the oc her own hairstyle, which WAS straight. They even told her she was faking being black because, and I quote, "black people can't have straight hair". God forbid a black woman be born with straight hair or choose to straighten it because that's what makes her feel pretty.
Someone else I follow got called a sexist because he shipped his female lead with a male character and that apparently "took away all her strengths and agency by making her too reliant on a man" (actually what they said). She was still the main character, she still fought just as well as she had prior to the relationship, and she was still the boss of the operation. I don't get how that took away her strengths or agency or how it shows her being "overreliant" on men. Apparently women are just not allowed to want to be in a relationship now???
Another person I'm mutuals with got called a homophobe because a majority of her ocs are either asexual or bisexual shipped with the opposite gender. She still had gay and lesbian ocs and ships, but the majority of her ocs were ace or bi because she's a biromantic asexual with preference towards men and she was heavily projecting onto her ocs. But according to the angry anons in her inbox, she was le bad because her not having more gay/lesbian ships meant she hated gays/lesbians.
Like, we shouldn't be fighting over stupid headcanons about canon characters, but why the fuck are you caring so much about what people do with their OCS??? They're even more removed from the actual canon than a headcanon! Someone "not making enough" lesbian ocs in their personal project isn't going to end the world or cause damage to irl gay people. Why are we caring so much about what someone does with their own ocs? As long as they aren't hurting people or breaking the law, they should be allowed to do whatever the hell they want. Drawing a black girl with straight hair isn't hurting you and it's not illegal. Shipping a M/F pairing isn't hurting you and it's not illegal. Having ace/bi ocs isn't hurting you and isn't illegal. stfu and touch some grass, you terminally online brats
