Ok hear me out, I am brainstorming into the void. I made the above unicorn and Roach plushies a while back. They're based on the ones you could get in Gwent, which I used to play a great deal (but that is a tale for another time). The patterns for these two are also here btw, BUT THIS AIN'T ABOUT THEM.

This is about Umamusume.

I know the horse girls are based on real horses, but what if I circled back and made them horses again. But not horses based on the real horses - horses based on the girls. So Urara will be pink and McQueen will be purple and Rice will have a cute lil hat, etc. etc.

I was thinking something similar to the above plushies, but not the patchwork vibes and more...fat and floppy? Maybe?

There are some plushies of the real horses, but I think they could be cuter. And crochet. Because that is what I do.

third episode of the summer Hikaru died aaaaaaaaaaaa oh my gosh the melting the classroom scene the blankey ITS ALL DONE SO WEELL I was honestly pretty worried about this adaptation cause the manga is very much a MANGA it makes such good use of the print comic media using the art and even the words to tell its story but the anime is running with it, doing the same but different, using the medium of the animation (and sound design) to tell the story in a similar vibe but not a direct adaptation cause that never would have worked and it’s done so well and I’m so so happy

this is pretty much my dream anime! favorite manga paired with favorite animation studio!!! they captured the scenes so well and i just couldn't be any happier than i currently am with the anime!!!
