it's funny how my standards change with things i make myself vs things i buy. because like u would have to pay me 1 billion dollars and im serious to buy a packet of eggs2go oeufspresto from circle k where u can see that thing just swimming in its egg juice... all floating in that watery soup inside the package... yuck right? but when i make boiled eggs at home oh my god i am soaking that thing in water for as long as possible. i soak and i rinse and i take off the shell and i dip intermittently throughout that process and then i give it as long a wash as possible. my eggs need to be moist and they need to be wet and you know what? theycan have some egg juice ok. it enhances the experience. and theoretically the circle k eggs are probably doing the exact same thing BUT its kind of only okay when i do it
