Y’all, your barbers and hairdressers aren’t only here to help you be beautiful, we are here to listen to whatever shit you have to say, speak up about your mental health, as bad as it might be, I promise you we will listen, as long as you’re in our chair you are safe and in a judgment free zone, I’ve had clients confess suicidal thoughts to me, and I was able to help them by putting them in contact with another client of mine, the salon or barbershop is a sanctuary where you can relax 👌🏻👍🏻
