I Moved
I moved my blog to www.austinjamesmcdaniel.com. Check it out.
In an effort to save money I proposed we mail out these e-save-the-dates. There are three hours of my life gone.
A group project for an audio/video production class last summer. My bit was cutting the video together and syncing up the sound.
Here are mock ups for the new Hitch n' Go website. I haven't been able to photograph the business yet. As place holders, I substituted vacation pictures from Lutsen. It seemed more fun than stock photos employees looking happy. Anyway, more to come.
I designed this gif as a header for an eventual Hitch n' Go website. I plan to try a squash and stretch version as well.
This is a logo I'm designing for Hitch n' Go, a trailer and hitch supplier in Grand Forks, ND. I may yet make a few tweaks. The white highlight on the hitch is sticking out, but maybe in a way that I like. feel free to post your thoughts. Anyway, more to come.
Edit: I've included a version without the white highlights for comparision.
I've cleaned it up a bit since yesterday and I'm between these two logos. I've made the wing and propeller very literal in the top design and very minimal in the bottom, but I guess that's obvious.
Moving a little bit further on the Hanger 805 project. I chose this rough to develop a little further. I am still working on how the "hanger" and the "805" fit together as wing and propeller. More to come.
It has been a while since I posted anything. Here are some digital roughs for an identity system I have been working on.
Not at all design related, but here I am at surly brewing company. I had a nice time on the tour.
A photo from my trip to Lutsen, MN over Thanksgiving. It was so very cold, we loved every minute of it.
