I have writers block really bad right now. As soon as it's over, I have another Smoke X Annie one shot. I've also recently became obsessed with Alex Cross and Elle from Cross on Prime. My brain is all over the place.
I'm saying final now but who knows if I'll reopen this series. It's been such a roller coaster writing it. I've met so many dope souls!
Love y'all down!
If Wumni wins her Oscar, I'm for sure opening it back up so she can get some celebratory sex from her man!
So, we gone say final...for now.
Enjoy!!
He felt as if his brain was failing him. Her laughter still lingered in the stiff air like smoke from a cigar. Her scent hit him like exhaust pushing from tailpipes, unfiltered and evading. Her soft lips pressed against his before she leaned back, smiling warmly as she teased him about being two minutes early to pick her up. Her eyes held his seductively; attraction and desire danced in their brown depths, reserved for him.
Smoke leaned against his car, his head back, eyes glaring at the fading clouds of the night as his heart rate accelerated. His body felt heavy, weighted with the unknown. His brows were pulled tight, his free hand clenching and releasing over and over as he listened to the sound of Annie's voicemail for the sixth time.
Something wasn't right.
Violent shakes began at his wrist as he struggled to call Annie again. Suddenly, the night's air felt thicker, far too wide to smoothly coat his lungs. He'd been waiting for his karma; the unsettled tightening of his chest made him believe she had finally arrived.
His phone rang in his hand as he pushed from the car, looking around. His hard eyes clashed against the unfamiliar number crossing his screen. He immediately answered, silencing his greeting.
After a beat, an unfamiliar voice came across the line. "Is this the high and mighty, untouchable Smoke? You know, from the Smoke/Stack twins?"
Rage grew in his chest. "Who dis?"
"I think you know exactly who this is."
"Ion know shit." Smoke spat. "You sound like a man who's ready to die."
Larry chuckled evilly. "I ain't concerned about dying, as long as I get to sample this sweet, chocolate pussy first."
Smoke's nostrils flared like a raging bull. Sweat gathered at his brow, his anger boiling over as he turned towards his truck. "You already gotta die. You touch her, imma make that shit slow and torturous."
"I'll be done using her by the time you find us. My nut will be all over her face and down her throat. You'll taste me every time you kiss her."
"All that friendly shit gone out the window, huh? As soon as you realize you weren't getting any pussy, all that southern charm vanishes. Don't worry about it, Larry. They gone need dental to identify you, patna."
Smoke disconnected the call, dialing Stack.
Stack answered the phone immediately. "Don't know what it is, but I feel it. I'm on my way to you."
Without saying a word, Smoke disconnected the call. His chest was rising and falling so fast, he felt lightheaded. He took in a calming breath before making another call.
"Yeah?" Anthony also answered immediately.
"Need you."
Anthony sat up in his bed, careful not to disturb his wife. "Send your lo. We coming."
Smoke stood in the same spot in the middle of downtown, waiting for someone to take him out of his misery. He didn’t understand how he allowed this to happen when he just promised her, he would never lose her again. Karma was making a liar out of him in real time. His heart felt like it was ripped in his chest, struggling to maintain its functionality as his brain relayed the most indescribable scenarios in his head. He meant what he said. He already planned to kill Larry, but if even a hair on Annie’s head was out of place, he would make his death as slow and painful as possible.
The sight of Stack walking across the street towards him snatched him from his thoughts. His face was set in a scowl that matched his.
“What the fuck happened?” He demanded.
Smoke exhaled, forcefully pushing air through his nose. “I told her I would be here in five minutes. When I got here, she was gone. I just got a call from fucking Larry.”
Stack’s brows bunched. “Who the hell is Larry?”
Smoke sucked his teeth, annoyance written across his mahogany features. “Some dude she had around while I was gone.”
Stack’s brow lifted. “She was fucking him?”
Smoke’s nostrils flared like a raging bull was inside of him, fighting to be released. “She says she wasn’t, but from the way this nigga actin’, ion know.”
“Annie ain’t no liar,” Stack stated firmly. “She says she didn’t, she didn’t.”
Smoke sucked his teeth again, knowing that was the truth. Annie was honest at all times, regardless of anyone’s feelings. “This nigga just a weirdo, Stack.”
“What did he say when he called?”
Smoke’s ears perked up at the sound of a motorcycle engine revving in the distance. His eyes shifted past Stack, who also turned towards the street, his hand reaching behind his back. Smoke completely pulled his gun out, rolling his shoulders as his eyes continued to scan the street.
“Who you call?” Stack questioned beside him, identical eyes shifting as he took in a low breath.
“Code…Zero.” Smoke supplied as his eyes landed on a blacked-out Escalade rolling up in front of them. Smoke’s grip on his gun loosened as the window rolled down.
Anthony “Code” Drake gave his long-time friends a soft smile as his window rolled down. His eyes were covered by dark shades that he slowly pulled from his face as Smoke returned his gun to his holster. “You bout to shoot me, nigga?” Code joked. “I’m the help.”
Smoke exhaled. “The Ducati?”
Code nodded. “Zero.” He answered before throwing the car in park and climbing out. He too was dressed in all black from head to toe. It was an unspoken rule; always wear black on missions, regardless of the details. Similar to Smoke, Code was a quick draw, known for killing niggas before they knew their life was in danger. He was smooth, quick and thorough. When he had an assignment, it was always done timely and swiftly with little to no mess left behind. If you wanted someone dead with no complications attached, you hired Zero for the contract. That was, before both Code and Zero retired. The sound of Zero’s Ducati grew closer as he finally made it to the street. The jet-black build was a perfect match to it’s rider. Sleek and distinctive. Zero rode up to us, slowly taking his helmet off with a tight face. “Heard we were killing niggas.”
Smoke’s eyes slanted as Zero’s face split into a smile. On the opposite end of Code’s smooth and tidy tactics, there was Zero, who did everything as messy as he could. He was an amazing tracker, extremely intelligent, though you probably wouldn’t know from talking to him. Yet when it came to kills, he liked to leave scenes looking like a massacre. Smoke had determined a long time ago that there was something mentally unstable about Zero, he just couldn’t place it.
“Kill whoever you want; but Annie and Pearline are there.”
“Pearline?” Stack questioned. “Kind of old ass name is that? Who is she?”
Smoke turned to him. “Annie’s friend. We can’t do them any harm.”
They all nodded.
“Also, leave Larry to me.”
Again, they nodded.
“What you got?” Code turned to Zero.
Zero smiled. “Oh, I got everything. Whoever took her is either fucking stupid or an amateur at kidnapping because they didn’t scrub the vin.” When we all looked at him like he was crazy, his smile widened. “Kidnapped my now wife, who’s pussy I just pulled out of to be here so somebody gotta die.” He was dead serious. “Tracked the vin on the van through the traffic system in the city.” He pulled an iPad from the bag strapped around his body. “I was able to track the last location to this warehouse about ten miles from here. There were six bodies, two of which we can’t touch.” He smiled. “They haven’t moved.” He put the iPad back into his bag before pulling over four devices. “Comms.” He confirmed, handing them to each man as he watched them place the devices in their ears. “Testing.”
The all nodded.
“This should be clean.” Code looked at Zero, relaying that sentence directly to him. “Over quickly. I need to get back to my wife before she wakes up and panics. I ain’t tryna have her thinking I’m getting back into this shit behind her back.”
Smoke nodded. “I understand the sacrifice both of you are making.” He looked between Code and Zero. “It’s not missed on me and it’s deeply appreciated.”
“This light shit.” Code stated, dapping Smoke up. “You my brother just as much as you are his.” He nodded towards Stack. “Let’s go put your rib, back in her place.”
Smoke felt his heart thump with adrenaline. “Let’s go.”
“I’ll hop in with you so they don’t hear that Ducati coming.” Zero stated to Code before pulling off to park his bike. Without another word, the crew crawled into their cars, silently adjusting their minds from normal to assassins.
Break
Stack screwed the silencer on his gun as he let out a slow breath. Looking over at his brother, he could feel the rage silently consuming him. The nights air felt thick with unshed anger and vengeance. Stack knew his role tonight was to make sure Smoke came out of this safely with his head screwed on straight. Years and years of this lifestyle had taken a toll on his brother. Annie was his solace. Stac knew he had to reunite his brother with his wife safely or the world would never see the end of Smoke’s fury.
One glance at Smoke, and Stack could see the absence of life from his eyes. In its place was pure retribution.
“You understand the mission?” Stack questioned cautiously as they pulled in front of the warehouse.
“Kill Larry.” Smoke answered, his jaw clenched in anger.
“Get Annie and…Pearline.” Stack corrected, struggling to recall the name of Annie’s friend.
Smoke’s eyes darkened. “…then kill Larry.”
Stack shrugged before pushing the car door open. “I’ll take it.”
Smoke pushed from the car, watching Code Zero do the same as they pulled mask over their face. Smoke felt no desire to cover his face; he wanted Larry to see him from the moment he walked into the warehouse. He checked the mag of his gun before he began walking towards the warehouse. The lights surrounding the building were dimly lit, most it’s light source being supplied by the moon. There was a small creek to the left of the building, frogs and grasshoppers chirping their sorrows into the sky. Smoke felt an icy chill roll through his veins at the sight of a light flicking on inside the warehouse. In this instance, he prayed for bionic hearing, wishing to hear through the walls of the chamber holding his love captive, just to ensure she was safe. He needed it. His heart was racing too fast, only to be slowed by proof of her safety. He couldn’t get inside the building fast enough.
“Me and Code coming through the side door. Smoke, Stack through the front.”
Smoke nodded as if Zero could see him and stack and they ducked, doing a slow run toward the building with their guns tucked at their sides. Once they were at the building, Smoke pressed his back against the rusted steel of the warehouse. He closed his eyes, calming his breathing so he could hear.
Nothing. No voices, no scraping of chairs against the floor. No pleas for release.
Nothing.
“You sure there was no movement?” Smoke whispered into his earpiece.
“Still here.” Zero confirmed. “I’m sending in the drone now.”
Smoke exhaled again, trying to reign in the negative route his thoughts were taking. What if he was too late? What if his heart had indeed been ripped from his chest already and he was in the process of dying himself and wasn’t aware? Panic gripped him by the throat, forcing him to take in more air than normal to complete the process of filling his lungs.
“Stay with me.” Stack urged from across from him. “We almost at her.”
Smoke couldn’t keep his fears to himself, not without them consuming him. “What if she’s…”
“She’s not, Smoke.’ Stack denied before his brother could finish his sentence. “She’s on the other side of this door being the warrior we know she is.”
His gun felt like an anchor, keeping him present at the moment before Zero’s voice came through the earpiece. “I still got six, two in the room y’all will enter, three in the hall and one at the door of the room Annie is in, and the mothafucka who I’m assuming is Larry is in there with her. She looks terrified but her clothes are in place. She has bruising on her face and arms; nigga been hitting on her. If I didn’t know you needed this kill, I would make his death miserable. The other woman, Pearline, is in the front room you two will enter. She’s to the left, in a chair against the wall, untouched.
“We gotta move now.” Stack warned in a hushed whisper, looking at his brother process the fact that Annie had been touched. If they didn’t move now, he knew Smoke would go in without them. “On my count.”
Smoke felt the trees around him warp, his head spun swiftly before He took in another deep breath.
“We’ve breached.” Zero confirmed, waiting in the second room beside the hallway.”
Stack stood as tall as he could, gently tapping his gun against the small window covered in white paint, trying to get Pearline’s attention. From his viewpoint, he could see her body trembling in fear. Something in his chest ripped at the sight. The first tap didn’t gain her eyes so he attempted again, exhaling when her eyes met his through the tampered glass. Her eyes rounded before more tears slipped from her eyes. He lifted his finger, pressing it against his lips as she nodded.
Smoke shot the lock of the door and kicked it in as Stack entered, his eyes locking with a man who had an AK-47 strapped around his body. Before he could lift it, Stack sent a hallow tip through his head, sending his lifeless body to the floor. Smoke took out the other one so fast, Stack’s head whipped around to see his brother pushing past him, already heading towards the hallway. “Smoke.” He hissed before looking down at Pearline as she somehow pushed herself deeper into the corner. Cautiously, he extended his hand to her. “Not here to hurt you.”
Pearline’s gut remained twisted in fear, as it had been for hours. She didn’t understand what was going on and she wasn’t sure if her mind had conjured the man who looked identical to Smoke but with much more relaxation in his face and shoulders. She wondered how he could be so relaxed in this situation. She wondered if he was real at all. She knew her brain would clear if she just accepted the hand he was extending, but her body was frozen in fear, too consumed by the power it wielded with no reserve to move. Against the constant rejection from her body, she summoned the strength to grad his hand. “Stay close to me, behind me.” He instructed in a forceful tone, full of urgency and directive. She nodded quickly.
Stack grabbed Pearline’s hand, stepping over the body and blood of his victim as he caught up with Smoke.
Smoke’s eyes locked with the first man in the hallway before he lifted his gun to put a bullet between his eyes. Zero took out the other man before all four of them stood at the door of the room they knew Larry was holding Annie captive in.
“I’ll stay with her.” Stack whispered, pulling Pearline in front of him so she couldn’t see the bodies scattered across the floor. He didn’t know the extent of her trauma and the last thing he wanted to do was add more.
The other men nodded before looking at each other. “On my count.” Zero whispered harshly. “Two…three!”
Without reservation, Code lifted his foot, sending it through the door as all three men breached the room. Annie let out a low scream as Larry jumped around, his hands at his waist. Smoke’s eyes landed on his undid belt buckle and his brain shut down. His eyes remained on hers, locked as he took in the tears staining her face, the small tear in the slit of her dress exposing too much of her thigh. The mere fact that she was on the fucking floor.
He sent a bullet through Larry’s chest, off center to cause pain. It dropped him to the floor, screaming in agony. He stood over him and emptied his clip, the remaining bullets going into his skull.
Zero even cringed at the sight.
Smoke glanced over his shoulder. “Clear the outside, I’m getting her the fuck outta her.”
Code Zero nodded before leaving the room. Smoke was to Annie in seconds, lifting her from the floor. Wordlessly and with a tight gut, he examined her. Tears pricked the back of his eyes as he took in the bruising around her lips and eyes. The darkening of her cheeks. The sight made him want to reload his gun and empty another clip into him.
“Clear.” Code confirmed.
Smoke shook his jacket off and wrapped around Annie as he ushered her out of the warehouse.
Annie’s brain felt disconnected from her body. Her mind was still inside the warehouse, chained to the ground and beat for what seemed like hours. She’d been home for days and still, her brain had not made it’s trip from the warehouse. She tried functioning as normal, but her body was still shaking with aftershock. Smoke had been nothing short of amazing and attentive. His apologies came more frequently than her next breath. He wouldn’t allow her to lift a finger, and if his eyes were off her for more than two minutes, he remedied it by checking in on her. Still, she felt alone. She felt uncovered and unprotected. Though she saw the lift leave Larry’s body, she felt like he would appear out of nowhere and take her again. Her brain had created so many scenarios while she was in that warehouse. Her mind wouldn’t clear the thoughts of what would have happened if Smoke hadn’t come through that door when he did.
“You think you’re fucking better than me?” Larry screamed, spit flying from his mouth like a rabid dog as his hand flew across her face, causing pain to shoot her head forehead to her jaw.
“Please?” She cried, her eyes bloodshot red, snot dripping from her nose, which she could no longer feel due to the multiple blows it sustained.
“Please what, bitch!” He grabbed her face, squeezing to the point of pain, which didn’t take much. “Beg me, bitch!”
She closed her eyes as thoughts of her torture consumed her. She pushed her head back into the pillow as sadness washed over her. She’d tried calling Pearline a few times, but all she got was her voicemail. She wondered if her lack of communication was because she blamed her for their abduction. If she did, she had every right to. She was just glad they were both able to make it out of there alive.
“You need to eat something.” Smoke declared as he stood at the door with a bowl in one hand and a bottle of water in the other. “That wasn’t a request, Annie.”
She exhaled deeply, her eyes remaining closed. “I’m not hungry, Elijah.”
“Again.” His deep voice being closer to her made her eyes open. He looked down at her with a glare that made her sit up a little. “You haven’t eaten all day. It wasn’t a request.” He sat the bowl of homemade soup down in front of her. “You don’t have to finish it all but you gotta eat something.”
“Alright.” She snapped, rolling her eyes as she sat up. She grabbed the bowl, placing it on her lap. The heat from the soup warmed her as she took her first bite. She chewed slowly while looking at Smoke. “Have you heard from Stack? Did Pearline get home safely? Is she ok? I haven’t been able to reach her.”
“Pearline is fine.” Smoke provided, watching Annie intently.
“She hasn’t answered any of my calls.”
“Give her time.” Smoke stated before standing from the bed. “How are you feeling?”
Annie was sick of that question; she was also frustrated with the man who kept asking it. It irritated her because she didn’t know if she was fine. She didn’t know if she would ever be fine. She didn’t know the answer to his question.
“What happened to Larry?” she tossed out, looking up at him from the tray in front of her.
Smoke crossed his arms over his wide chest, the muscles in his arms flexing naturally. “That nigga dead, of course.”
Annie’s stomach turned. She didn’t know why she asked him that when she saw Larry’s soul leave his body. The sight was etched across the front of her brain, replaying like a horror movie she couldn’t turn off. “Was there no other solution?” she questioned before returning to her soup.
Smoke face dropped into a frown. “He took you against your will, put his fucking hands on you.” He gritted, angrily all over again. The sight of the plum-colored bruise on her cheek made him want to dig Larry out of his makeshift grave and kill him all over again. “There was no other solution for him.”
“What happens if the police find his body?”
Smoke exhaled. “I’ve been doing this shit for a long time, Annie. No one is being found.”
Annie dipped her spoon into her soup, her eyes glaring into the dark liquid as it swirled around in the bowl. Her heart seemed to be beating at a quicker rate. She felt tears gather in her eyes as her thoughts turned dark again. She knew he wanted to know but wouldn’t fix his mouth to ask. She wanted to get the conversation out of the way, so waiting on him to ask was no longer an option. “Are you going to ask me if it happened?”
Smoke leaned against the closet door. “Only if you want to tell me.”
She eyed him. “Would it matter?”
He shook his head adamantly. “No, the fuck it wouldn’t. You’re my wife.”
“But what if he raped me?” Annie snarled. “What if he was successful?”
Smoke’ s nostrils flared. “Annie, it wouldn’t fucking matter to me. My only concern is your health, mental and otherwise.” He pointed at himself. “We vowed for better or for worse.”
Annie’s tears fell freely now. “So, this is me at my worst?”
“No, Annie!” Smoke was at her side, dropping to his knees at the side of the bed. “That’s not what I meant, you know that. I just…all I’m saying that it don’t fucking matter what he did to you, I still love you. I desire you.” He swallowed. “If he did, I want to get you the help you need to process it.”
“He didn’t!” Annie spat, defensive. She looked into Smoke’s eyes. “I’m the wife of Elijah Moore. I’m stronger than the average woman.”
He gently grabbed her face. “You better fucking know that shit!” He moved to kiss her, gently pressing his lips against hers. Annie melted into the comfort of his kiss, allowing it to soothe the pain she’d experienced. “I love you. We will get through this. Together.”
His thumb brushed over her drying tears as she nodded, kissing him again.
Ugh! I really wished this story would speak to me more but I can only give y'all what it gives me. So far, it's been pretty silent. What it does give me, I will definitely share! I appreciate y'all being patient! I'm going to TRY to drop at least once a week until my Annie's Smoke well runs dry.
Let's get into it...
Protector - Part 2
Their eyes danced in a silent war of wills as they stood a foot apart. Annie knew the stature of the man standing in front of her. She knew the intricate grooves of his mind. She also knew, he was not a man who was easily persuaded.
"Bullshit!" Smoke spat before tossing his head back in a hearty laugh that caused a frown to spread across Annie's face.
"It's no laughing matter, Elijah!"
Smoke was still laughing as he walked into the bathroom placing towels on the sink. "It's the fact that you want me to believe you that's laughable."
Annie crossed her arms over her chest protectively. "So, you can believe everything else I said tonight except this? My honesty stops at the topic of my virtue?"
"I never said I believed all the shit you said tonight."
"You also didn't say you didn't believe."
Smoke turned to her, his laughter fading. "Well, whatever "guide" has led you here incorrectly." He pushed the bathroom door open wider, moving to allow her space to step inside. "I don't do virgins."
Annie followed behind him as he walked back into the room. "Good thing I don't need to get done!"
Smoke stopped so quickly, Annie clashed into his back before he turned around. He eyed her intensely, taking in the softness of her features. She was beautiful, by far the most beautiful woman he'd ever laid eyes on, yet, he couldn't get behind what she was telling him. A virgin? Fucking virgins was a level of commitment he avoided at all cost. The beauty before him, claiming to be his wife, would be no different.
"You're upset?"
"I'm not sure how else someone would respond to someone speaking to them in a tone of rejection."
He crossed his arms over his chest, mimicking her stance. "You want me to jump for joy about you being a virgin?"
Her pretty face twisted. "I wasn't expecting a mariachi band but I would think you would appreciate knowing you'll be the only man to ever touch me. Make...love to me." That last sentence tripped out of her mouth, holding hands with insecurity. She did not want to broach the topic of love with him. Not this soon.
"Love?" Smoke spat like the word touched his tongue laced with poison. "Love?" He repeated again, feeling confused. "We're supposed to fall in love?"
"You'll be the only man I ever love in my lifetime." Annie spoke sternly, her eyes challenging his. She was unwavering, knowing her grandmother would never misguide her. If she led her to Elijah, the was her destiny. She would move heaven and earth to make him realize it.
"Listen, offending you was the last thing I wanted to do but Annie, I like my women experienced. I've never desired a virgin. Respectfully, fucking a virgin comes with a level of attachment I've never strived for." Smoke felt his head swim. He was gaining too much information, too quickly. "We can finish this conversation after your shower."
Annie rolled her eyes before slipping off into the bathroom. Once inside, she leaned against the closed door, releasing a breath before looking over at the sink where he placed his clothes for her to wear. She didn't understand why his rejection bothered her so much. She didn't even know him, not in the natural sense. But it was clear to her sex was a major thing for him. He was mature, sexy as sin and mysterious. Annie was a novice in a lot of areas but she was developed enough to know Elijah has his pickings of women falling at his feet. Suddenly, insecurity found its way into her thoughts. She never questioned her guides, but maybe her grandmother got this one wrong. How could she convince him she was the love of his life when she couldn't even grab his attention physically.
Her eyes shifted around the bathroom which was spotless, covered in shades of green and gold. Similar to the rest of his loft, his bathroom was very nicely decorated. Annie wondered how many women had the pleasure of standing where she stood right now. She wondered if any of them still held a piece of him.
He is more experienced, has had more experienced women.
But none of them know his body the way you will.
Her eyes widened, breath quickening as her grandmothers voice evaded her thoughts. She moved to turn on the shower, not knowing what those words meant. She removed her clothes, somehow extremely comfortable. She stepped into the shower, allowing the water to wash over her body, bringing immediate comfort. She washed her body, slowly closing her eyes and taking in a deep breath. Her mind seemed to clear almost immediately, allowing her to finally relax. The sweat and dirt that gathered all over her skin slowly washed away as she allowed her thoughts to clear. Visions began to flash before her eyes; her and Elijah in intimate settings. He was beneath her, mouth agar, deep pants flowing from him as he waited on her to bring him pleasure. His handsome face was pulled into a tight frown, thick lips pressing and parting as he struggled to remain in control of his own body.
He was a man; one who clearly exercised control in every aspect of his life.
He desires a woman who can take control.
Annie's eyes popped open so quick, water from the shower got in her eyes. She blinked, wiping the water from her face before backing up. She held the towel and soap against her body while her eyes bounced around the shower.
"Control?" She whispered to herself.
Smoke aimlessly flipped through channels as he waited for Annie to finish her shower. Uncharacteristically, he felt bad about offending her. He knew he needed to apologize, he just didn't know what he was apologizing for. He didn't lie to her, but he knew his delivery could've been better. His mind was clouded with thoughts of their conversation, feeling like his life had been placed in an uncontrollable world wind that had no sights of settling. He went through a series of emotions from the moment he found the beauty banging at the door of his shop. She felt so familiar! It was as if he'd known her like he knew Stack. Like she'd been beside him his entire life. His urge to protect her was instant. His attraction to her was urgent, feeling like something he needed to feed tout de suite. Yet, he couldn't allow her declaration of being the love of his life to penetrate his heart. Despite her knowledge of him, he was still guarded.
Most of the things she told him was public knowledge. Him and his brother's reputation proceeded them. Some of the things she said, no one else knew. He didn't understand how or why this was happening, especially right now.
"Elijah..."
His eyes shot over to Annie as she leaned against the wall of his hallway. Her hair was pulled up into a large puff on top of her head. His shirt hung off her body, the softness of her features highlighted by the candle flickering in the bar. He could feel her nervousness through the air as she pushed from the wall. Apprehension made her steps slow as she walked over to him. When he expected her to take the seat beside him. She stood in front of him of him. Smoke exhaled, already impacted by the natural scent of her body. His eyes shifted down her thighs, wide and attainable standing before him.
"Yes, Annie?"
Her finger curled, doing a come here motion that made him instantly sit up.
As soon as he was within reach, Annie cupped his face in her hands, stepping closer to him. Her breathing was shallow, nerves. Her soft fingers curled into his beard before she gave it a soft tug, pulling a soft grunt from him.
"Maybe I don't have the experience you desire." She slowly released his beard, leaning down to kiss him. "But I'm eager to learn, if you're willing to teach me."
The moment her lips touched his, his world tilted off its axis. His brain went quiet as her body pressed against his. Lifting his hands, he grabbed her thighs, needing to physically touch something so he'd remain on earth. Her tongue slipping into his mouth made his heart shudder in his chest. There was no hesitation in her movements. She kissed him like a woman who knew what she wanted and knew exactly how to get it. His brain couldn't process or connect this kiss to the mouth of an inexperienced woman.
She was a fucking liar.
His head swam with thoughts of love, longevity and grace. Fire shot through his chest like a missile as heat gathered at the bottom of his feet. She felt like a blanketed sanctuary as she climbed on top of him. Thick, chocolate frame weighing him down with the most perfect pressure. This kiss felt like his Genesis, birthing him into the man he was created to be. He had to remember to breathe. Then remember to breathe again. His air tangled with hers, getting lost in its route back to his lungs.
Annie felt like she was having an out of body experience. Her body was doing things her brain was not programmed to do. She could feel him responding to her, pulling her into him each time she tried to pull back. Finally, she was able to pull back from him, feeling his hardness underneath her. She was a nervous wreck internally, but externally she felt like a temptress with her prey caught in her web. His heavy eyes lifted to meet hers. He was open to her, vulnerable and needy from her kiss alone. Panting, Annie peered down at Smoke through hooded eyes. Though she was a fish out of water, she shared in the need Smoke was feeling. Though she was on top of him, she wanted to be closer. She heard the moment their heartbeats synchronized.
"Tell me what to do." She whispered against his lips, her hips rolling against him as he reached around to grip her ass.
Smoke's breathes were heavy, dragging from his lungs like words too difficult to process. "Touch me." His need was urgent.
Annie reached between them, her hands at the waist of his shorts. "Where, baby?" Annie moaned, feeling her body become wired. "Tell me, Elijah."
"Anywhere." Smoke felt desperation gather in his gut. "Anywhere you want."
Annie felt powerful. She lifted slightly to grab his dick in her hands. She tried steadying them as they collided with the thick, long vessel lying against his thigh.
She carefully climbed out of his lap, dropping to her knees in front of him. Smoke eyed her, waiting to see what she would do. Annie's eyes held him, taking in the long veins running along his dick. This wasn't the first one she'd ever seen, but for sure the biggest. She listened to her guides, waiting for her next instructions.
Control.
She released a low grunt. She wished they would say more, she didn't know what that meant.
Control him.
A soft gasp escaped Annie as it finally clicked. Her heated eyes lifted to Smoke nearly closed ones. "Elijah, I'm not ready to go all the way. I want to save that part of me for after you fall in love with me. Tonight, I want to show you how perfect I am for you. How I will make you a very happy man for the rest of my days. Why when I'm gone, you will never love another in the capacity of which you'll love me. I want to see you come undone, but only when I allow."
His low eyes popped open slightly. "Allow?"
Annie nodded, not as confident as she wanted to be. "I'm going to touch you as you asked me to but you can't not cum until I allow you to."
Annie lifted, gathering saliva in her mouth. She gripped as much of him as she could, pressing her lips against the head of his dick. She looked into his eyes as she opened her mouth, allowing the saliva to drip down his hardness. Annie continued looking into his eyes as she began to stacked her hands on top of each other. Her eyes dropped to his dick the moment his head fell back. "Look at me." She demanded.
Smoke's head snapped up as he groaned. He had woman jerk him off more times than he could count. None of them, not a single one, made him this delirious this soon. "Fuck."
"Don't cum." Annie moaned seductively while slowing her hands. She wrapped her lips around the head of dick, sucking softly while looking into his eyes. She used her lips to cover her teeth. Making her mouth as wet as she could while taking as much of him as she could into her mouth. She felt his thighs flex beneath her as he groaned.
"Shit, Annie."
She removed her mount from him, returning to jerking him off slowly. "Shit, Annie?" She smiled up at him, her lips and chin glistening in the candle lit room. "You like the way I touch you?"
Smoke's stomach flexed as he nodded.
"Talk to me." Annie demanded.
"Yes, baby." Smoke toes curled into the carpet. "Fuck, yes."
Annie returned her lips to him, causing him to lift from the couch. Smoke struggled with control, something that had never been an issue for him. His body was not his own, it belonged to Annie. For some reason, he didn't mind. His brain wouldn't allow him to. His heart was content. His mind settled. His body captivated. "Fuck! Fu..."
"Ask me." Annie lifted, her hands continuing their task as she placed a sloppy kiss against his lips. Her tongue slipped into his mouth before he could speak. She moved back, her eyes locked to his, lips brushing his beard and chin. "Ask me, Elijah."
His body tensed as wild grunts left his body. "Can I cum, baby?"
Annie shook her head. "Not yet."
His eyes popped with panic and...pleasure. "Please, Annie."
"You sound so good when you beg, Elijah."
She was inches from his face, taunting him. Everything inside of him of him wanted to release but he wouldn't fold. Whatever this was, he wouldn't succumb to it. She was beautiful, mysterious and completely different from any other woman he ever entertained. She felt new and familiar all at once. She felt crafted for him. As soon as he felt he had his body under control, Annie leaned in and kissed him again, her hands speeding up.
His body jerked almost violently. "Ok."
Annie's head lifted. "Ok, what baby?"
"What...whatever you want, Annie."
Annie sent her tongue over his bottom lip. "I want you to ask me to cum."
"I asked." He groaned huskily.
"Ask properly." Annie's cooed.
Smoke felt like his body would rip in two as he mentally searched for the words she was looking for. "Permission... permission to cum, please?"
"Cum for me, Elijah."
Static filled his ears as he reached for her. He gripped his shirt, pulling her into him as his body jerked uncontrollably. "Fuck!" His head fell forward, body going slack as he came. His eyes rolled closed as he held her, feeling like he would float away if she didn't anchor him. His body was wired. All he could do was hold her as close as he until the ride was over.

More Than Words...
He felt as if his brain was failing him. Her laughter still lingered in the stiff air like smoke from a cigar. Her scent hit him like exhaust pushing from tailpipes; unfiltered and evading. Her soft lips pressed against his before she leaned back, smiling warmly as she teased him about being two minutes early to pick her up. Her eyes held his seductively; attraction and desire dancing in their brown depths, reserved for him.
Suddenly, the nights air felt thicker, far too wide to smoothly coat his lungs. He'd been waiting for his karma, the unsettled tightening of his chest made him believe she had finally arrived.
His phone rung in his hand as he pushed from the car, looking around. His hard eyes clashed against the unfamiliar number crossing his screen. He immediately answered, silence his greeting.
After a beat, an unfamiliar voice came through the line. "Is this the high and mighty, untouchable Smoke? You know, from the Smoke/Stack twins?"
Rage grew in his chest. "Who dis?"
"I think you know exactly who this is."
"Ion know shit." Smoke spat. "You sound like a man that's ready to die."
Soon as you realized you wasn't getting no pussy, all that southern charm vanishes. Don't worry about it Larry. They gone need dental to identify you patna."
Smoke disconnected the call, dialing Stack.
Stack answered the phone immediately. "Don't know what it is but I feel it. I'm on my way to you."
Without saying a word, Smoke disconnected the call. His chest was rising and falling so fast, he felt himself get lightheaded. He took in a calming breath before making another call.
"Yeah?" Anthony also answered immediately.
"Need you."
Anthony sat up in his bed, careful not to disturb his wife. "Send your lo. We coming."
