Goals & motivation
I’m hoping to hit at least 3 of the following outcomes in the next 8 weeks:
Lose 16lbs (get down below 185lbs)
Get down below 20% body fat
Try to get my waist back to 34″
Complete 10 clean chin ups
Lose the overhanging belly
And to do that, I’m going to try and push myself a little hard:
Cycle 2 x week
Get to the gym 3 x week
No eating cake (especially cheesecake, my addiction)
No eating pizza (my other addiction)
Eat as healthy as possible
A few weeks ago I tried on a pair of trousers on in a shop - event though they were a size bigger than I normally wear, I still couldn’t do them up. I was mortified.
In fact when I got home I realised that half of the clothes in my wardrobe don’t fit me. I can’t think of a better motivation than to aim for getting in proper shape, so that I can wear what I like when I like.
