You cannot convince someone to see your worth. Stop trying. Stop explaining. Stop performing. Stop handing people evidence like you're standing in court defending your existence. The right people never needed convincing in the first place. They saw you. The rest were just enjoying the effort.
sure i exist but at what cost
Sleepy cuddling that turns into needy, groggy groping that turns into rough, intense manhandling that turns into firm, unceremonious breeding
You overthink because nobody ever gave you a reason to stop. That's the uncomfortable truth. Your mind is always working. Replaying conversations. Looking for hidden meanings. Preparing for disasters that haven't happened. Searching for signs that somebody is leaving. Searching for proof that you're too much or not enough. Always searching. Always carrying. Always tired. And after a while you don't even notice you're doing it anymore. It just becomes the way you live. That's why you're exhausted all the time. Not because life is hard. Because your mind never clocks out. Look at me. Stop trying to predict every possible outcome. Stop carrying tomorrow before today is even finished. Stop acting like the whole world falls apart if you let your guard down for one night. Come here. Sit still. Put the phone down. Let somebody else keep watch for a while. Let somebody else decide what deserves your attention and what belongs in the trash. You don't need another person asking more from you. You need someone who notices the shift before you say a word. Someone who catches the shorter replies. The distant tone. The quiet panic creeping in around the edges. Someone who looks at you, stays calm, and says, Enough. I've got this one. You can rest now.
I love sex where you do really gross embarrassing things but it feels too good to care

Love me tonight, for sorrow drowns me. I fear for my soul lost in shadow—lost in a grief so profound, it threatens to extinguish the light from every star.
