au where Marinette is outed about lying to her friends and Adrien about Hawkmoth/Gabriel/literally all of that, and in a fit of grief and rage, Chat Noir tries to destroy his own memories - his friends interfere, with many of them getting hurt, and Marinette accidentally ends up taking the blow.

Luka takes the chance to snatch up the one that got away. It's fine. Marinette is happier this way, and he makes a better Ladybug. (...right?)

just wanted to ask, don't u tired from MLB? like, really u do so much stuff with it, if I was in ur place I prolly drop it after first two chapter of Feralnett.

How do u find so much patience to do all this stuff?

my brain works on a rotating orbit of interests so the variety i play with means I never really get bored, with feralnette as a large constant that occasionally gets eclipsed by other interests for a few weeks at a time, before i hop back onto it again

she's pretty aware. a well-known school teacher and a scholar suddenly doing a heel-turn is a bit obvious

here's what they look like by season one, tho!

both Nightlight and Velvet have a sunburst badge with an amethyst the color of Celestia's eyes blazed in the center as a sign of their appointed royal positions. As a Wizard in Canterlot, Nightlight has to wear an outfit that mimics Celestia's colors to show his patriotism (of which he has none) whilst Velvet can wear purples and blues, which is their family colors.

No update this week, but I have requests open on Patreon. Here's a bee and turtle Marinette! I wanted Melipona to have Greek roots, but I did cheat a bit with the Minoan apiary symbol. Chelone I based off ming dynasty scale armor and specifically the Mata Mata turtle so I could give her bold spines.

I'll probably tweak Melipona a bit and give her more dynamic gloves later, but I already spent too long on her as is ^^;;;

what about twilight's parents in the draconequus AU? how did they react, what's their relationship with shining armor, spike, princess cadence, princess celestia, and the rest of canterlot?

Nightlight and Velvet didn't take Twilight being transformed into an unidentifiable monster very well, but they took Celestia's damage control even worse. The first seeds of rebellion were sown that day.

they never planned on letting Celestia keep her in that tower forever. Between the three of them, Nightlight would push his magical prowess and studies to the point of becoming a Wizard, Velvet would become a protected and respected Judge, and Shining Armor famously would become Captain of the Royal Guard. They each fostered their own loyal communities, in the hopes of turning the tide of Celestia's decision by force.

Luckily, Nightmare Moon busted out and Celestia had no choice but to release Twilight to allow her to fulfill her grand destiny.

and all Twilight knows is that her parents love her very much.
