Something to remember for those of you who have trouble checking up on people who are no longer in your life or people who have done you wrong… the only reason they matter is because you’re checking up on them and seeing what they’re doing. You’re letting them have this power over you because you’re checking up on them. You’re giving them that. These people don’t hold anything over you when you separate yourself from them.
