After a long hiatus from #creativewriting and #poetry I'm learning how to do it all over again. It takes study and practice, and I don't claim to be anything other than an #amateur. Writing has always been a very personal, private venture for me, but I'm at a point in my life where I'm #inspired to share my #authentic self with others. All that matters to me is that I can enjoy and revel in the words I put on the page, and if others find value in it, that's great too. Another #fbf to my holiday road trip through #Arizona and #Cali. This trip awakened my clouded senses to the need for more #adventure in my life. I've quietly spent my 20s working office jobs, amassing stuff, and #traveling rarely when I could afford to take #vacation, which was infrequent due to limited vacation days and my #workaholic lifestyle. I've spent the last couple months #minimizing expenditures, and letting go of #possessions. I'm now planning for a future of #freedom and #mobility. I'm #blessed and #grateful for the #jobs I've had, the places I've gotten to live, and the #experiences that put me where I am today. But now I'm ready to make more deliberate decisions about how I want to live my life. Whatever you do this #weekend, incorporate a little adventure!
