Monday Blues

For those who've had a long bloody weekend…dude u guys have an awesome job that gives u offs on all public holiday…so stop cribbing. Full Stop. Just to give you a background of who I am and what I do. Am a PR person by the day and a home chef at night. I long for holidays on Saturday and Sundays coz this means I have two whole days to bake, cook, experiment, eat and viola that is pure happiness to me.

So, uve guessed it right by now…I did spend the last two days baking and yeah it was good and not so good. Good coz I learnt to make a New York Cheesecake, Passion fruit cheesecake and a no-bake white chocolate mousse cake.

Bad coz I recently bought a 52 litre Morphy Richards oven which I am still to get used tooooo and guess what in that process I have successfully burnt three cakes. No I didn't temper with the temperature, I guess the oven just heats up faster.

That's all, for now, folks.......if anyone is reading wat I have written....Thank you...How was ur weekend? Yes am interested in all the gossip...so shoot.

Valentine's Day - After all its always about Love❣️

I personally believe that food is one of THE most important elements of any celebration. And yes, I can prove it to you. Imagine a Birthday party and no cake! You have a house warming party and there’s no food to serve your guests!!

Food goes beyond taste. So much so, that it sets the tone of the event, party, theme, aura and so on.

Okay then, the reason for all this gyaan is that if I have to make someone HAPPY, the only way I can do it is through food.

Since Valentine’s Day, is around the corner and I love baking and cooking. I have come up with a menu, which you can choose to gift to your loved ones. The best part of the menu is the fact that it can have EDIBLE customised LOVE MESSAGES ❣️
