gale and astarion are good together not because i think they would have a "good" or "healthy" relationship but because gale would make the lamest pun in the world and astarion would look so personally offended that it would send gale into a laughing fit. like 'cant breathe help im dying' laughing fit and then astarion would start laughing too and it would be just two idiots laughing together until they can't breathe and then gale would take a breath. and grab astarion's hand and kiss his knuckles and thank him.
