Note: You are able to make your own doctors appointments no matter what age. Everything is confidential unless the doctor deems you at risk.

If you were to go to a doctors and explain how you're feeling related to AvPD, your parents will most likely be told if you're under 16 (Differs depending on location). You will then be referred to someone who can help you, such as a councellor or even a psychologist for diagnoses.

Hello Lovelies.

I'm so sorry that this blog has been inactive!

I (the owner) have been battling my own mental health problems as of late, and I had to put this blog aside for a little while.

I'll be honest and say that I did give up a little due to lack of response but there have been a lot of you since! 

So I will be back on track ASAP.
