Dealing with PCOS & weight loss is a really long uo and down rollercoaster.
PCOS can go into remission with the right life decisions. It's all on you
The hurt.
Let me tell you about the time I went in for a physical & got blood test’s done.
Everything was like any normal visit to the doctor’s office, I went in and talked to the doctor about some of my symptoms & diagnosis I had when I went to a different doctor’s office, about maybe 4 years ago? not really sure. But anyway’s, he had some blood work done & I had blood work done before but for some other reason, this one was to just check if everything was okay & no hidden medical problems. Well I got that done & he had me arrange an appointment to get a routine check up to see if i have any cervical cancer or tissue that will lead to cancer, good new’s i don’t have cancer BUT they did diagnosed me with PCOS. If you aren’t sure what pcos is they have many articles and what not about that you can research. They had me scheduled for a ultrasound to check for cysts which I had none, thank goodness. But the pain I felt when I got the new’s that I had PCOS crushed me, there was NO word’s to describe how I felt inside, how HARD I would have to fight & the thing’s I’d have to do in order to conceive a child & that’s not the only thing I was told, doctor even told me that even if I do conceive it would be a very tricky situation because my uterus might not even hold the egg well enough & it would result into a miscarry. My heart sank & it still hurt’s knowing I can’t have kid’s on my own & wouldn’t be able to give my husband a child of his own to love. So I am starting this blog to help those who have PCOS or was recently diagnosed with PCOS like i was, or those who just need some uplifting word’s to keep going on through the day/life. Hello, my fellow PCOS sister’s, I will always be here for you.
Never loose hope.
