It's been a while, but we hope to hear from you more.

It was always a treat to receive words from you.

Been nearly a year or so since we've been here.

We suppose an apology is in order.

The past year and a half have been an immense struggle.

Mental health issues, physical health problems, lack of motivation, loss of desire.

Too many other things to jumble up into a simple package to provide you guys with all the tiny intricate details.

Coming back, after leaving for so long, we see the worry and the sadness we caused. We won't forgive ourselves for that.

We apologize to those of you that our absence caused nothing by negative emotions and brought awful pain.

We do not seek forgiveness as it is not necessary for you to give.

We just request that you see now that we have returned and breathe easy, knowing that we currently are still here.

We hope you've all been doing well. We have much to catch up on. So many people to talk to, so many things to say.

We hope to see you all once again.

Since we're back, we'd like to make a little announcement.

We realized over our little "break", if you call working yourself to near death every little moment a break, that some things are different now.

One big realization that we made was that our passion for writing wasn't stifled because we had no motivation to write at all, it was just that we were getting tired of writing for a fandom that we rarely even partake in anymore.

So with that, we're going to say that there will no longer be any more new AUs for DSMP.

HOWEVER, that doesn't mean we'll stop writing for the ones we have. We'll continue to write those, because they deserve an ending. And no, we won't rush them, don't worry. You'll get a FULL story. No cutting corners. Lol

But we're going to branch out towards a fandom that we are absolutely thrashing about to write for.

Just you wait, these are gonna be good.

If you want to unfollow because of this announcement, that's fine. We know some people don't want to stick around after a writer or artist they follow cuts away from a fandom. We don't blame ya.

We hope you look forward to our new favorite fandom. >:D

You'll know what it is once we write y'all up a story on it. ;)

This upcoming month is our last month of spring classes, so a lot of big final projects have been sprung upon us.

Especially papers, which has kind of deterred us from writing a bit.

Hopefully after these next few papers are done, we'll finally be able to finish the next winner of the poll.

It feels like a day to be emotional.

We've been feeling a little out of place. We can't seem to write anything, but the desire to write is so strong it's practically eating us alive.

We've been rereading our works and have been rereading every single little reblog and comment you guys have left behind on them.

To be honest, we cried. Like a lot.

Such kind words from you guys, all for the passion we share.

We remember when we used to get harassed for this kind of thing.

People called us disgusting and we lost a lot of respect from people. People we considered friends hurt us a lot. Thankfully, they're no longer in our lives.

You guys have been here with us from the near beginning of this silly little obsession of ours.

So thank you.

When you guys are so nice to us, we can't help but feel like crying. And we cry a lot of the time regardless of trying not to.
