I'm sorry, I don't mean to bother you or anything, but I'm actually curious. Why is it important to state whether you're black or nonblack when writing a D:BH muse?

no but,  uh,  being serious about this.  it’s important because the game focuses heavily on slavery as a plot device.  which is very  🙃  considering that 2 of the 3 main leads are white people and the one black secondary lead ( luther ) you literally meet from his slave master and he’s introduced as scaring kara  &&  alice bc he’s a Big Black Man uwu.

it takes literal songs about real life slavery and puts them in this fictional ass game,  and then tries to paint an android revolution as the same thing.  a fictional ass android revolution.  and then david cage’s dumb white ass really had a black woman in the game say that the androids treatment reminded her of how her people used to be treated.  david cage really had his whole ass head so far up his own shit he put that in his game.

did yall know alice was whitewashed?  and the fact that if she had remained a black little girl,  then her story would have been about a white man abusing her?  (  or a black man abusin her which !  haha!  see below  &&  also:  black men are abusive stereotype !! like we ain’t got enough of em!! )

and we’re not gonna ignore how the majority of bad people that connor  (  a white ass android  )  meets are black?  we’re not gonna ignore that.  like.  amanda.  the deviant found in the attic who you can literally yell at to the point where he self destructs.  who if you somehow keep him alive and you try and visit him later he self destructs in the prison cell.  like …  we’re gonna ignore that?  we’re gonna ignore how the android deviants at the broadcasting tower were also black?  we’re gonna ignore that?  and then when we DON’T get black antagonists we get lesbian antagonists so add that to the list of david cage’s ugly ass shit.  (  let’s not forget!  this lesbian antagonists!  are sexbots! lmfao!!!!! )

like i get this game is pretty to look at.  i get there are characters that we get attached to but like.  yall can’t be bypassin obvious ass shit.  white people need to be critical of the content they looking at bc otherwise we get white people yelling that black ppl are too sensitive uwu and im not having that.  this fandom can be good but yall gotta fcking be upfront abt shit.  some ppl ain’t comfortable w/ that shit.  me included.

So this idiot Donald Trump comes to Nashville, spewing crap about having a "new and better health care plan", but then doesn't speak on any of it. He slanders African Americans by saying that they voted for Democrats in the election because they are more likely to commit crimes and because they have lower education. Then he goes on to say that he is grateful for their votes. He does the same thing to Hispanics. Yet he, once again, thanks them for their votes. He is literally doing the same thing to every other racial group. He talks shit about them, makes promises to the lower class that we know he will never go through, takes there votes and then leaves them out in the street. How people can just sit there and believe this dried-out orange without any sense of independent thought is beyond me.

Me........the spy!

One of the good things about being an introvert is that I get to watch people all the time without them noticing. In my unobtrusive silence they tend to forget I am there and quite frankly they never tend to glance my way. I guess if they did glance my way they would feel way uncomfortable by my unabashed and intense staring. See, I find people fascinating. You can tell so much about a person from just looking at them while they speak. The way they gesture, the way they position their body, the way their face emotes. It is wonderful to see! It is almost as if watching a flower opening and it is in these moments that you can see personality bubble up like water from a geyser.  We rarely notice when we talk to someone because usually we are so involved in the conversation, what we are going to say next, and what the person just said that we forget to watch for this subtle details. That is why I love to go and sit in a café, drinking coffee and just watch people as they pass on the sidewalk, as they buy their coffee or converse with each other. I always have a notebook and pen on hand because I usually get all sorts of ideas for poems or drawings when I sit. Yep, I am a spy in real life and people hardly notice it!
