I feel like the bigger problem with what’s going on is just the fact that these indie spaces don’t feel inclusive for black people anymore

Like I’m happy that Ashley and Michael have apologised and acknowledged that what they did was shitty, if they make the effort to just not do that dumbassery again then we can all move forward

But people really need to not move to their defence like they were kids that didn’t know what they were doing
