I love love love the Indiana Jones movies!! I watched them all the time when I was little (and still do). It sparked my interest in history and archeology which I eventually got a bachelors in :)

I wanted to redraw my art like all the cool kids too! I don’t have any work from 10 years ago because I was 20 years old and with the impression that I couldn’t be an artist (because of family). I’m so incredibly happy to have pursued art. Its the first thing I’ve felt I’m good at and can make a difference with. I went through a lot of struggles at the beginning-thinking I was wasting my life, and how bad I was. I would get incredibly discouraged seeing my idols create masterpieces. 

But now I get inspired when I see my idols’ art. I know I can make beautiful things if I just try. My confidence is so much higher than it used to be. Thank you all for the fabulous years and encouragement. Hopefully seeing this will encourage you that you can improvement too :)

Fairy!! No idea why I’ve been so gung-ho about fairies lately. Tbh, I like the evil fairies that are scary D: I like how her hair goes from detailed to flat and into detailed again.

I finally got my shop updated with new looks, items, and prices! To be honest, I’m saving up money for a printer at home. Society6 has good quality and great items to choose from, but its a bummer to sell something and only make a few dollars from it. Until I have an at home printer, this will do! They have lots of sales on items so be sure to check out your favorite shops!

Holy moly. An art acquaintance (meemori) of mine reblogged this piece on insta and people are loving it. It blows my mind. I like my art, but for others to love it too is amazing!! I’ve been plodding along and things are finally coming together-its an amazing feeling!
