It's fun to come up with potential Bad End AUs for your characters, ain't it?

Here's Nightshade Cookie, the corrupted version of Berry Swirl Cookie. Whether she dove into the Yogurt River of Rebirth to try and save an already corrupted Pure Vanilla, she was shoved in by Shadow Milk, or it was a simple case of plain bad luck, this Cookie took on a more sickly hue once she resurfaced, coughing and spluttering all the while. Unwilling to look upon the world with Deceit-filtered eyes, Nightshade opts to hold them shut, a small act of rebellion towards the Spire's master.

The nightshade berries within her dough have taken over, making the paint in her hair toxic to the touch, but thankfully the only ones at risk are the Deceit Trio, the objects of Nightshade's relentless ire. Truthless Recluse and the Brave Trio are left unscathed, with some paint creatures even manifesting at times to follow them around, though Nightshade herself is unable to reach them. Her constant "tantrums" (Shadow Milk's words) often leave her in Tarot Timeout, though Shadow Milk's sure that, with time, she'll settle into her new life juuuust fine.

Yeah, keep dreamin', Smilk. Keep dreamin'.
