i always thought that yamato wouldâve been the one to quit the band, because it got too stressful for him between the fans who we objectifying and sexualizing him, and the lack of privacy? when he joined he wanted people to look more at the music than him, if you get what iâm saying? he wanted to put something good out for people to enjoy, something people can relate to and not feel so alone anymore. after he quit, the band sort of just fell apart after that --- he knew the band wouldnât last forever, but he kinda felt like a failure, like it was all his fault. also another blow was that he loved music, and, not being able to make it work also left him feeling bitter, i guess.
also, before yamato became an astronaut - i think he wouldâve been a pilot, first. i donât see him going in the military to fight and to engage in war --- heâs always felt like a soldier since the digital world ( though he knows he became a better person because gabumon and such ), but, heâd want to do something to help, i guess. maybe foreign aid?? like, from what i understand ( correct me if iâm wrong! ) Japanâs foreign aid isnât the best, tbh. i can imagine him affiliating with an organization under the books thatâs not funded by the government, and he just sort of does supply drops and such to help poorer countries?
